I do not recommend this cleaning service. They arrived 45 minutes late, then one of the staff left an hour later. Consequently, the cleaning took twice as long as expected. The manager arrived and tried to explain (gaslight) the reason for the complications, then muttled that he only wanted the good review. (How did that go?) read more

First, they changed the time on me day of and didn't apologize but fortunately I was flexible enough to accommodate. Then, the staffing was disorganized and didn't all arrive on time. Grime and residue they claimed was impossible to clean - I personally cleaned it out myself afterwards with some extra elbow grease. It was also clear that there wasn't good communication between the crew, because one cleaner had to leave early and everyone assumed she was done her part but she was not. The remaining cleaners scrambled to finish her part last minute, so it was a half-assed job. I'm disappointed by the service I got considering all the 5 star reviews on here. The audacity of trying to upsell me mid-job too! I'm only giving it a 3 because I did get some really basic cleaning at a low price - but not the professional service I was expecting. Kini and his team saved me!!!! We recently had some construction done in our home and they left the house a MESS! We had Simply Clean come out and they did a fantastic job at a great price! Kini came with 2 other people and they were thorough and detailed. They did all the small details that matter; baseboards, grooves and edges in doors, under beds and dressers and on top of fridge and bookshelves. I was extremely impressed with how thorough they were. No call, no show. Very unprofessional. I have visitors coming this weekend. I have been working very long hours, plus 2 young kids, so I haven't been able to keep up with the housework. Therefore, I booked this company well in advance of the cleaning date. I received two confirmations. On the day of the cleaning, they were supposed to be here at 9 am. After nobody showed up, I emailed and called the company multiple times, and got no response. Finally, after 10am, the owner called and said that they weren't coming. At first, it was sounding a bit out of my price range but the manager Jonathan decided to assist his team so they could be done sooner than the initial estimated time. There were actually 4 working simultaneously. What I liked about them the most is the fact that they get under and behind the furniture. Many teams will clean just what's visible. Not the case! My son has very bad allergies. So I told him what I needed them to focus on for my first deep cleaning and he and his team did not disappoint. Simply Clean is great! I booked them to clean out a long-term rental house, after the tenants left the state. They showed up on time, and took my requests in stride, as there were some focus areas that needed attention. They cleaned inside the cabinets, drawers, got the nooks and crannies and did it within their estimated time and budget! I don't think I have seen the house so clean in 30 years!
