I've used Jazmin's services for both my current lodging to clean the restroom and to fully clean a separate condo. Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I needed a deep clean of the majority of our home after a kitchen remodel sprayed construction soot throughout several large common areas. This pasty soot was in every trim, seam, fiber impacted. Jazmin's team came back quickly with a rate quote and availability. Their rate was so very reasonable that I decided to add a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms not impacted by the remodel to the job. They informed me a regular clean would be 3 hours or less, but a deep clean would be 4 hours or more. We agreed on the time. The team of 2 arrived on time and after a quick walk thru, got quickly to work. As they completed each area, they asked me to check if I was satisfied with the work and if there was anything I wanted them to do more work on. I was impressed with their thoroughness and stunned by the results! As I checked off my satisfaction with each completed area, they would update me on the estimated time left on the remainder of the clean (fantastic communication!) and if it was OK to continue today as the evening approached. Mid-clean, some cleansers from Home Depot arrived at my door. They ran into some old stains in the bathroom and ordered the solution (so smart!) I've witnessed other cleaning teams send one cleaner to store for 45 mins to remedy the same issue. The job ran a little over 6 hours.
