I've used Jazmin's Cleaning Services twice and was super happy with both the price point as well as the level of service! I've used Jazmin's services for both my current lodging to clean the restroom and to fully clean a separate condo. Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I also appreciated that Jazmin was super helpful in answering a question after the cleaning was done as well. All-around, Jazmin was great and felt she hit the sweet spot of wonderful service and a really competitive price point. Would totally use Jazmin's Cleaning Services again! read more

Wonderful service! I had a great first experience with Jazmin's cleaning. Communication was prompt and booking was easy. Cleaners arrived on time and were so positive and friendly it made the experience even better. The two cleaners spoke Spanish and my high school French was no help but we communicated just fine using the translation feature on our phones. I needed a deep clean of the majority of our home after a kitchen remodel sprayed construction soot throughout several large common areas. This pasty soot was in every trim, seam, fiber impacted. Jazmin's team came back quickly with a rate quote and availability. Their rate was so very reasonable that I decided to add a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms not impacted by the remodel to the job. They informed me a regular clean would be 3 hours or less, but a deep clean would be 4 hours or more. We agreed on the time. The team of 2 arrived on time and after a quick walk thru, got quickly to work. As they completed each area, they asked me to check if I was satisfied with the work and if there was anything I wanted them to do more work on. I was impressed with their thoroughness and stunned by the results! As I checked off my satisfaction with each completed area, they would update me on the estimated time left on the remainder of the clean (fantastic communication!) and if it was OK to continue today as the evening approached. Mid-clean, some cleansers from Home Depot arrived at my door. They ran into some old stains in the bathroom and ordered the solution (so smart!) I've witnessed other cleaning teams send one cleaner to store for 45 mins to remedy the same issue. The job ran a little over 6 hours. The two-person team arrived a bit later than scheduled, but they did text me ahead of time to update their arrival, which I appreciated. Once they got started, they worked for about four hours, tackling two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the dining area. I was impressed by their thoroughness--especially when they pulled out the stove to clean the sides and behind the oven, which many services overlook. One word, "WOW" on the commitment on the family and entire team. Originally got a quote when she saw the house and she said she can complete in 6 hours, but when she realize they couldn't finish she asked her entire team to come out to finish the job with great detail and close to on time without charging me extra for the 15mins. I used Jazmin's cleaning service in my old place about 6/7 weeks ago, the cleaning was okay, but the ladies were nice. I decided I would use them again to clean my new place before I moved in; So I did. As they were working, I asked Jazmin to put them on the schedule for the ne but two weeks. I wanted time to hire professional for weekly service. She said I was on the schedule and I like to know whose coming into my home. The next week came and I was told that She had forgotten to put me on the schedule; no replacement or anything else, just that they would come the following. I said okay. I have special things in place for today and wanted the place clean for a particular delivery and guests coming in this afternoon. So this morning I see a text from 10 something last night stating that the regular ladies can't come but she and some male would be coming and asking me if that was okay. I told her that I should have been the priority since I had booked the ladies weeks prior. Then when I saw that the other person would be male, I canceled. It seems that she is not screening these people, does not yet have crews established just uses relatives or whomever to fill spots as needed. That's not comforting when you have been very specific about what you required and requested. As for value, it's in line with other companies. The cleaning itself is substandard for the price, but at least the ladies will correct anything you address with them while they're doing the work. I have a cleaner starting next week, but now I have been left in a bind for 2 weeks straight. This is unreliable at its best and just very neglectful as a business. Sorry I had to leave a negative review. The ladies that came were good for the level of comfort needed. I will not be using this service again. read more

We hired Jazmin's team to do an initial deep cleaning with a plan to then do monthly upkeep. While the ladies who came and did the deep clean were very pleasant (we especially appreciated their comfort with our pets) and mostly did a good job, apparently challenges with punctuality caused us to seek out a different company. We scheduled our first deep cleaning in preparation for an upcoming surgery I'd be having. Rather last minute, we were asked if we could move our booking to the following weekend. When we communicated that wouldn't work, Jazmin did figure things out to accommodate the day we requested, but there were adjustments to time required last minute as well (which were later framed as "the first time we arrived on time; we even brought the time forward", which was not entirely true). After the first deep cleaning, I pretty immediately scheduled our next cleaning, which was due to occur this morning at 10 AM. I texted Jazmin the night prior to confirm, and she confirmed. I texted at approximately 10:20 AM this morning as the team had not yet showed up and Jazmin informed me she'd gotten mixed up and scheduled us for the afternoon. She did try to get her team to us a bit earlier today - initially said around 2 PM, then said 12:30 PM, then ended up being 1 PM. In light of the frustration this morning with scheduling we did reach out to a different company to check if they had any same day availability as the scheduling challenges with Jazmin's aren't something we can accommodate going forward. We received confirmation just shy of 1 PM that the other company could indeed come because they had a cancellation, so we canceled on Jazmin at right about the same time her team pulled up to our house. The responses received from Jazmin about this were quite rude and lacking accountability. All in all, I'm glad we had this experience sooner than latter as to allow us to find a different company. I do hope this feedback is taken into serious consideration, so that her team does not continue to lose work due to her scheduling challenges. read more

We hired Jazmin and partner for the first time to do our 4 bedroom, 4 bath home after being quoted online with very fair and reasonable rates. They arrived on time and provided a deep cleaning. We also have a dog so the floors, kitchen and bathrooms were extra important to us. They did a fantastic job! It took them 5.75 hours to complete our job, paying great attention to detail. Google translate came in handy a couple of times with Jazmin's partner but it was easy to do and no problem at all. The two folks that cleaned our place were friendly, but the quality of work was inadequate. I think Omira did a great job cleaning the shower which had difficult grime to remove, but I don't know what happened the rest of the job. Her nephew left for Home Depot for 40 minutes, which was only 10 minutes away, to get supplies they did not have. By the end of the service the countertops still had debris and the floors upstairs and downstairs had strands of hair that wasn't mine and crumbs/dust. They stayed an extra 30 minutes to clean the floors and surfaces again and didn't charge extra. But the whole experience made me feel like I could have cleaned my place better myself and saved $250. 3 stars because the showers and toilets were cleaned very well, but everything else considered, unfortunately I wouldn't hire again. read more
