The food was great. Great service as always. Clean tasting ingredients cooked to perfection

The things I like about SSP is the ingredients are delicious and the thin crust is great, as well as the bread sticks and Alpine sauce. My complaint; This is the second time I've made an order using Slice (for this location) and had to call and check on my order. I got the text confirming my order (at 4:10p) then 5 minutes later a text saying "they're busier than usual and my delivery will be delayed, understandable since originally delivery was 5:15p. So at 5:35 I call since delivery time was for 5:25 and they don't have my order, so I wait on hold and they find it and tell me it's going to be about 20 minutes IF I pick up (I paid a delivery fee on Slice). So I wait a full 30 minutes and go pick up the order, no apologies, no explanation, nothing until I say, can you explain to me how and why this happened, that it's a full 2 hours after I ordered? He said, oh! the owner didn't get the order and we had to look for it but we gave you a free pizza for next time. I get home, I didn't even have all of my order (sauces I paid for were not with my order) and a coupon for a free Calzone. Wait... not only did they NOT offer a refund for the delivery fee, my missing items nor an apology for their screw up, I'm supposed to go back a next time? This is the 2nd time this has happened and I pay for a convenience that turns into a disaster. I would NOT recommend using the online ordering unless you want next day delivery and do not expect them to offer an apology for their major screw ups. In a time where the economy is tight and everything overpriced, I'll just save my money next time and eat at home. read more

I can guarantee I won't be back. I had to give a tip on take out and paying for a large size pies but getting a medium size instead. There wasn't hardly any sauce on the pies. On a thin crust I was expecting it to be crispy not floppy. The prices your paying at this pizzeria is ridiculous you can go to Walmart and get it pizza cheaper. read more

My wife and I visited this location on a Sunday. We had their pizza and salad Buffet. The pizzas were very fresh and hot. There was a good variety of pizzas. Probably six types. There was spaghetti with cheese and pepperonis on top. There was a salad bar with, almost anything you can think of to put on it all with fresh ingredients. They had dessert pizzas. The individuals who were working there were very friendly and the place is really clean. They had NFL on eight different TVs and it was a really nice atmosphere. They kept the Buffet stocked with fresh food and the salad bar stocked, continually. read more

been trying to get a refund for a canceled order for 7 days. Takes .5 seconds to take my money but over a week to return it

Apparently they close at 8:45, not 9p like their door says, or their big neon 'Open' sign that was lit up says. Wasn't given the opportunity to even order as who appears to have been the manager (or the cook) ushered me out of the door saying they were "out of dough". Could've swore they sold other items that did not require such as well. In addition to no signs advertising the lack of dough. Neon sign stayed lit, & the door unlocked however. Never had a pizza chain do that to me before. read more

Had the buffet today. The food was as expected. The staff was polite. The killjoy: all the dead bugs on the floor by the windows.

Fresh salad bar and well stocked with an assortment of vegetables, sides and pre made salads. The vegetable pizza was tasty. We asked for a thin crust. It was good food at a reasonable price. read more

Great price, lunch buffet w/ drink 4.99. Good pizza and dessert. The salad bar is limited with shredded lettuce and only a few toppings. Great value overall. read more
