Our waitress helped me decide on which pizza to get - great choice by the way!!! Hand tossed pizza crust, half what my husband wanted half what I wanted. Drinks were good and the fries were good. The wings.... flavorless. It was like the seaoning was placed in the container and the wing were put on top of it.... at least for the garlic parmesan wings. The mild buffalo was better but still not great. The food was hot. We did finish the meal but doubt I will be trying wingstop again any time soon. Hideaway in bville has better tasting wings. But it is just my opinion.

We genuinely enjoy the food and atmosphere, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. She ordered a filet and shrimp. When the cook placed the steak on the grill, it had a distinctly rotten odor and appeared dark brown/purple. When it was put on her plate "cooked medium just as asked", both my wife and I found it smelled and tasted spoiled. The cook and our server handled the situation professionally and apologized. The manager, however, was rude and unprofessional. He came to the table questioning us as if we were imagining the problem, then used his fingers to pick up and taste the steak directly from my wife's plate after we had already tried it. He declared it "fine" and offered to cook another one. The replacement steak tasted strongly like liver. We left the original on the plate; our dog ended up with the second one. A couple next to us on the same grill who had also ordered steak commented that ours looked so different they couldn't tell that it was steak. We paid over $100 for three people and received no meaningful apology from management--only the implication that we were trying to get something for free. The cook and server were excellent; the meat quality and the manager's response were not. Mistakes happen. Arguing with customers over clearly spoiled food and handling it so unprofessionally does not. Unless we receive a formal apology from the manager, this restaurant has lost our business, our family's business, and any future recommendations I would have given to customers or visitors. We liked coming here. The manager's behavior is what ended that.
