So at 5:35 I call since delivery time was for 5:25 and they don't have my order, so I wait on hold and they find it and tell me it's going to be about 20 minutes IF I pick up (I paid a delivery fee on Slice). So I wait a full 30 minutes and go pick up the order, no apologies, no explanation, nothing until I say, can you explain to me how and why this happened, that it's a full 2 hours after I ordered? He said, oh! the owner didn't get the order and we had to look for it but we gave you a free pizza for next time. I get home, I didn't even have all of my order (sauces I paid for were not with my order) and a coupon for a free Calzone. Wait... not only did they NOT offer a refund for the delivery fee, my missing items nor an apology for their screw up, I'm supposed to go back a next time? This is the 2nd time this has happened and I pay for a convenience that turns into a disaster. I would NOT recommend using the online ordering unless you want next day delivery and do not expect them to offer an apology for their major screw ups.
