This location had been doing better with the quality of food but the service is going down hill. We caught the tail end of the buffet. The cashier was mumbling and not friendly. We finally understood the buffet was open (sides) but chicken was not out. You had to ask for it each time. Seems like a way to discourage people actually using their $18 buffet. We elected to just get a meal. I saw the cashier look at our table at least three times. Even making eye contact twice. The manager in back even made eye contact once and I gestured to my watch. Nothing. The people next to us teased us about what on earth we ordered to take more than a few minutes. I couldn't see the rack but patiently assumed the were just catching up from the lunch rush on the buffet. Fifteen minutes later, I finally gave up and went to check on our meal. She played dumb and blamed the system. I noticed the warmer was stocked with dozens of chicken pieces, proving it was just them being oblivious. The food was fresh and hot. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was neat and clean inside as well as the outdoor area. I will definitely be back when I visit Bartlesville again. read more

the bathroom was nasty and had to get paper napkins out of the lobby to dry my hands and they don't wear gloves when handling people's food in the Bartlesville location. Do they even wash there hands after using the restroom if there is no paper towels. I told my girlfriend I would never eat there again. read more

We have eaten here many times and every time we go, the food is hot and fresh. The staff are very friendly and they bring the food out to your table. The ambience is updated and really cool because it has a retro feel to it. They have Pictures of Colonel Sanders and facts about Colonel Sanders and the early KFC story. We tried their new five dollar meal with chicken tenders the other day and it was great. The chicken was awesome. It's a new variety and the food was very fresh. Very hot and very tasty. I made it clear to the attendant to PLEASE not forget my biscuits but now I am starting to think they are doing this on purpose!!!!! I am allergic to some ingredients in KFC chicken, and I suffer inflammation from it, and I have required medical attention because of it. I wish I could eat there. I'm only one person, and my situation is probably rare, but for me, it's a big no. Remember that it's unique for me, so don't pay attention to me, but it's worth noting. read more

I only have experience with drive-thru. The meals are so much better than my local KFC. The chicken is excellent, juicy, nice sized pieces and nicely spiced, not as spicy as my local KFC, which I miss, but it shows that there is some regional consideration. Service is very prompt and courteous. I only took a star off because they don't automatically include utensils/napkins in the order. Since I'm taking this back to a hotel room, typically, I need those. I have to remember to ask for honey and hot sauce for the biscuits, but that's not specific to this location. So much better KFC than average!! read more

Horrible experience! Buyers beware! We used to love the food and service here and got dinner here sometimes weekly. Our last two orders have been just sad. Last time the breading on most of the chicken was mushy and undercooked but we decided to just peel it off and eat it. Shouldn't have any problems when you pay $60 for dinner but we let it go. This time was the last straw! We were shorted a large mashed potatoes and gravy and didn't get the sauce we ordered plus the chicken tenders were very old, cold, and dry. I called the manager and he said I would have to come get it. Well that defeats the purpose of delivery and paying the delivery fee and tip plus I'd have cold chicken and biscuits when I finally got home. The manager was very rude and unprofessional! I drove to the store and he said he can't refund but to contact door dash but I have no way of doing that because I didn't order from them. Now I have no food and I'm out over $60 waiting on endless hold with kfc.com. Think hard is you want substandard food, missing items, and very rude service before you order from here! Whoa! These prices are getting kind of crazy. The store is old. And the staff is mostly useless.

Worst service ever. Night manager was rude. Food was not only cold but the sides were only half full. When we got our receipt the bottom part where there is a survey was torn off and they had a box of them on the counter. Ask for a refund and the manager got an attitude. most kfc's are the same but this is up near the top. great buffet. my local kfc never has had a buffet and a 2 peice meal is about the same price. love the buffet!! read more
