I would normally skip on reviewing a fast food restaurant unless it blew me away or was wildly disappointing. In general most just fall somewhere in the mediocre/average area (Chick-fil-a doesn't count). This one was noteworthy in how bad it was. The Coke Freestyle machine was out of everything except water and tea so I went up to the counter and asked them for Coke. The employee at the front went back to fill it for me and came back and said they were out of Coke there as well. The food took an exceptionally long time to get and considering there were several dead flies around, it made me question the quality of the food itself. read more

Went to Wendy's today. Sat in drive thru long time. When I got to order I was told to wait. After 5 min we were able to order. The lady told me to drive up to the window to order. Asked for a 10pc spicy nugget, large fry large water, son of baconator combo with lrg fries, large coke. And another large water. Also 2 chocolate chip cookies. She said Dr. Pepper? I said sure. I like both so not a big deal. Then said they dont have cookies.... ok no problem. That will be $17.39. Ok paid cash and was told it will be right out. A few min pass and was asked to pull over. Mind you we arrived at about 1:40. It is now 2:15-2:20. Had window open and was waitimg. My daughter said how about we go to chick-fil-a. About 2 min later the drive thru attendant walks up with out saying a word and passes food thru window. Suprised I take the sacks and she said flatly there you go and walks away. Order was almost correct. Niggets and fries were cold. Got 2 small fries. I went inside and the girl was sitting at drive thru lookimg out window. No one was cooking. I finally said hey!. Some guy came over and said he would get the manager. Drive thru girl came over and said she cant do anythjng because there wasnt a managwr there to give me back money. I was going to pay for drinks but get rest of momey back. So she gave me fries that had just been cooked but were just sitting in basket. I took fries and went to chick-fil-a. Dont expect to go back for some time. I dont know what was going on in there and modt places are short staffed. I was trying to give benefit of the doubt. read more

First time we ordered food from here, our order was wrong. I CAN NOT eat anything spicy and my sandwich was spicy. We ordered the Asiago Chicken Sandwich, one spicy and one plain. When we got back home, we noticed that it wasn't correct. Second visit was even worse. Now we've gone to many Wendy's before and never had an issue but this one has been bad. My husband always orders the spicy chicken and I get just a regular chicken sandwich. Well my husband didn't have a good feeling about the food but we decided to just go with it because everything in the bag was there. Got back home and my husband realized that his chicken was undercooked so he ended up just tossing it. Before he tossed it, I wanted to take a look at it (not that I don't believe him, but for photographic purposes). I opened up the sandwich and it looked undercooked and then after looking further I realized that the bacon was still raw. My sandwich looked cooked but hopefully I don't get food poisoning from it. So my daughter was so thoughtful and brought me lunch today. When she grabbed her sandwich out of the bag, she realized that my fries were not in the bag. When I came in to call Wendys about this the phone rang and rang so I hung up till later. Then I sat down to eat my burger and it was not done!! Can I give negative stars? I did an order via the Wendy's app for delivery. The driver was very nice and advised us that it would be late because this location would need 10 extra minutes to grill bacon. I was fine with that. Finally got our order and was missing several items and a drink. I contacted the Wendy's in Bartlesville and was told that it was the drivers fault not theirs. When I asked what I needed to do to get my money back I'm ridiculed for "having someone else pick up my food" and then when I ask to speak to the manager, the female employee on phone tells me she is the manager. We were up in Bartlesville (from Dallas) over New Years. Got hungry on the way through & spotted this Wendys. Hey, the folks behind the counter were really nice & friendly, the food was right off the cooker (hot and fresh), the Spicy Chicken sandwich was huge and the fries were nice and crisp. The dining area was clean but a little ratty. However, that place has been there for about 15 years. But you better be a TALL dude to shoot into the urinal here (or stand way back and have a good trajectory) at this place. Ordered a southwest salad at e drive through. I paid and received the salad and checked for the guacamole and it had none. Gave it back to the cashier who handed to to a heavyset gentleman who picked it up and swung it around and walked off in disgusted manner. They returned the salad stating that they gave me all they had. It turned out to be maybe a tablespoon. This same thing happened to me last week in not receiving the quac. If they can't complete the order at time of ordering,they should tell the customer. read more

This Wendy's never fails to disappoint. I had pretty much stopped going here because I can never get through the line in less than 20 (and it doesn't seem to matter if I am the only one in line). But I thought maybe with the new app to order it would be better. No it was not. 22 minutes to get a pretty basic order. I even went up to ask if they had received my mobile order, eventually they pull it out from under a bag and I show them it had my name on it but they want to argue it isn't mine because they didn't think it had the same things in the order. That's when I gave up, told them to let me know when it was ready and walked away. When I got to the car I found that the burger I ordered with no bun for my wife who is gluten free had, of course, a bun. I love Wendy's, I love it so much I bought stock in the company. I eat at Wendy's whenever I can, but not the Wendys in Garrisonville Road in Stafford VA because they are incompetent. I wish I could be nice about it but this is not an isolated incident it is the way they do business. The Bartlesville Wendy's store seems to make a lot of mistakes. I am to the point of boycotting this particular store. I always request very little ranch dressing on my chicken sandwich from the dollar menu. They consistently put so much dressing on it that the bun becomes soggy and sometimes squirts out the side of the sandwich. Today we asked for no ranch dressing and they put it on anyway. They also gave us 4 tubs of extra dressing. Plus these sandwiches usually have a slice of cheese on them. These two had no cheese. My husband ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers. When he opened his sandwiches, one had no mayo while one did. Ridiculous!!!! read more
