Amy was the wordt manager I have ever dealt with. The buffet was empty the whole time. I asked for desert pizza and was yelled at that they were doing their best. After they yelled at me for what they thought was me coughing on the empty salad bar. The restaurant is old and worn out. The only thing good is the ranch dressing. I was in your establishment for lunch today. 06-09-23. I paid for 3 senior citizen buffets and it was a few minutes after one. mg total order was $25.49 which the cashier gladly took my money. we had to search to find a clean table. they were all dirty and floors were dirty. when we went to the salad bar there was food scattered all over the place and about 65% of the containers were empty. there was at least 9 other people that paid for buffet along the same time we did. everyone was very upset. there was 5 pieces of pizza under the heat that had been there a while same with dessert side. everyone asked about fresh pizza but none came out, at one no point we were all told they stop putting food out on the buffet at 1:30. But the cashier took all of our money for buffet. they finally put out 3 pizza 's which were gone in a snap. asked about more and reply was nope, no more coming out. asked about desserts same thing. after a. 30 minute wait they finally brought out maybe 10 brownies which one lady and her kids took ( no problem she was there first). I asked for a manager but never got one because I feel I should be paid back at least a portion of my bill. all we got was salad nothing more. Everyone there waiting on food was spoken to very rudely or just ignored. I used the women's rest room and it was very dirty. We had to ask for forks none were out. First off I said no bacon cause it makes me sick and you put bacon on my sandwich. Second I paid for provolone x 4 and you only did 1 slice. Next the calzone ring tastes like it was under the heater all day and tasted over done and was nasty. The only thing good about dinner was the cheese sticks. Not open when they say they are and never show up with your order even when they say it's on the way. Has really gone down hill lately.

Had been awhile since we had visited this Mazzio's. We went early in the evening to avoid crowds, walked right up and placed our order with no problem. After an hour of waiting I checked with the cashier, he checked with the back and they couldn't find our order and told us it would be at least another hour and a half. I requested a refund and we left. I did feel bad for the, obviously, frustrated staff in the back. Definitely understaffed. read more

I feel so sorry for the crew working at this location. The manager on duty won the award for a Special Kind Of Stupid. I placed my order at 4:20 PM and during my wait I was offered a Six meat pizza and a Calzone ring when all I ordered was a Taco Pizza. Come to find out it was messed up as well as two other customer orders. At 4:50 PM I requested a refund and the manager insisted that it had only been 20 minutes. I understand that some kids did not benefit from learning how to tell time from Sesame Street, BUT you do not argue with a customer. I did not have the time to explain to the manager how to read time, finally I was refunded and able to leave. I would pass on this location if you do not have the time to waste. read more

Years ago, I had a chow dog whom had seen me through many years of traveling here and there. Everywhere I went, there she was. Mazzios made me a small meat lovers pizza with extra meat just for her and made some of the best pizza me and my family have ever had! What impressed me most was the fact they didn't judge or even think it all that odd that I would buy such a deluxe pizza for my dog (but trust me, that dog earned it!) They just smiled when they saw her waiting patiently in the back seat. I guess this may sound silly but I think a lot of a restaurant that will will not only make delicious pizzas for me and my family (my children absolutely love mazzios) but I think most highly of a restaurant that understands why you would want to give a little something extra for your pet and smiles about it, thinking little or nothing of it. I suppose it seems a little excentric however the dog kept out intruders, protected me on a couple of occasions and she earned every steak and every pizza she ever got. My chow dog passed away quietly of old age. But I can tell you this, Mazzios pizza was heaven for her and our family as well there for awhile. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant but they say nothing about it when they come through with you on the drive through window. This restaurant is family friendly and has a very cozy atmosphere. The games room used to be a lot of fun also. I'd recommend this place, just because everyone I ever met who worked there was as nice and friendly as they could be. read more

The pizza is of average quality for the price, but there is a good variety available, even in the buffet. No free wi-fi in the dining area is unfortunate. The acoustics and layout allow for people to have a conversation without yelling. The dining area is a little messy at times, because tables are not always cleaned that quickly after someone has finished eating. read more

Needs to be remodeled and should have coloring pages for kids. Had to ask for printer paper for the kids to color.

Wisk me away to 1980's ambiance. Bartlesville Mazzio's offers 'fast food' at sit-down and wait, and wait, prices. Noticeably, over the past thirty plus years their pizza has lost something...it's the cheese! Higher prices have been coupled with smaller topping portions. So you may need to order extra-extra 'to taste'. Pun intended. The Bartlesville Mazzio's seems to be a great choice for parents. Children and t'weens tend to run wild enjoying the game room, and apparently the restroom floors. The staff was friendly, though they were obviously understaffed. No longer Bartlesville's 'go-to' pizza palace of the 1980's. Mazzio's could try a little better for us...I only wonder why the delay. read more

We have always liked Mazzio's Pizza in Bartlesville. However, the last 2 times we have been there the service has been terrible!!! We have called in our order and have had to wait for 35 minutes for our order that was supposed to be done in 20. That is 35 minutes after the time it was to be done.Bad service !! read more

I would have gave them less than one if I could have, I don't know about the dine in service, but their delivery is by far the worst that I have had in a while, by the time the pizza got here it was cold... And it wasn't cooked all the way.... The sampler trio that we had was okay... By once again was cold... But at least they cooked that all the way through... Very disappointed.... read more
