It's a cool, neat place with a bar area in the middle with seating around. We were quickly greeted and our server was prompt. He gave recommendations that definitely helped us on our decision. Wife had the meatloaf, very flavorful, hearty portion of meat served with fresh green beans and mashed potatoes. Definitely a must try. I had the roast beef, mashed potatoes with brown gravy and fresh sautéed green beans. The roast beef was tender, flavorful and the meal was plenty for the price. Highly recommend this plate. If we're ever in the area, we definitely coming back. Tremendous!!

We were seated upstairs and I really got the vibe that this restaurant could have been in Taos, Red River, or Crested Butte. It's vintage and retro but elevated a bit (if that makes sense). We ordered immediately and I asked about the Pesto Bowl (which was a special). Was told it used to be on the menu about 6 years ago and they were thinking about bringing it back. It was pesto, pasta and veggies but you could add a protein for no extra cost. I just went with the plain bowl (no protein). The Hubs ordered the Steak Dianne ("A throwback to the 1960s"). Thought that was a cool entree to feature. It came with charred (in a good way) Brussel sprouts and delicious mashed potatoes underneath the steak and mushrooms. My basil bowl was pretty good too. The pesto had a great flavor and the veggies were just cooked perfectly--still crisp and not mushy. Only negative was that there was a lot of liquid in the bottom of my bowl. Again, I would return here.

I tried take-out recently after having dined in many times. Everything was packed up very well and…read moreat the right temperature for serving. The chicken berry salad was plentiful and very fresh, and the poppyseed dressing was especially good. The meatloaf was also a hit, and the portion was huge, easily enough for 2 people. A couple of things to note: no bread is served with the salad or meatloaf entrees, so order a roll if you need that, and the mashed potatoes did not come with gravy, and could use some butter or gravy (I'm sure they would add it). Also note, the food did not come with any utensils, so if you need those, you'll have to ask. The servers were getting slammed with big groups right at 11:30am on a Saturday, but they were very attentive and the order did not take long to be handed off to me. I will be back, and will call in or order on line and use the take-out door option. Another great experience.

The menu pulls from a variety of places- pizzas, burgers, tacos, salads. To eat, our table got the trip dip with salsa, guacamole, and queso. The chips are thicker than most. For dinner, my fried chicken sandwich was fine. You get to pick your side and there's a lot to choose from. I opted for the green beans. To drink, they have beer, Pepsi products, sweet tea, and more. Service was attentive.
