I was told they'd get it rebuilt then contact me when it was ready. I didn't hear anything back and when I reached out yesterday that's the first time they tried to fix it saying they could send it off to be done locally. What were they doing the past 6 weeks?? I can't imagine relying on this place to services bike in riding season with any sense of confidence. While they blamed it on Fox for warranty issues, the first they asked about what year it was to see if it was recall eligible was yesterday, so it clearly was sitting there for 6 weeks collecting dust. Tried to keep business at a small shop, but very disappointed. Picked up my bike and will take my business elsewhere.

My board was flying down the hill the other day, and I could hear the edges really digging in to the snow. They are truly "sharp," and the shop even filled in a couple of dings on the bottom of the board. Given the work quality and price point, you can't go wrong here!

Just took them to another shop and they were able to swap them out. Lastly, their tune-ups literally take weeks to complete. How is that even possible?! Really cute store setup, but honestly, complete airheads fixing bikes who actually know nothing. I might as well try to fix my bike instead. Go somewhere else on Colfax to get bike repair services. You won't be disappointed!

After I ordered I found the helmet elsewhere with actual CM sizes listed and realized L might fit me better. I contacted Epic Cycles right away asking them to hold the package. They said it has been flagged as fulfilled so they can't open the package at that point. It seemed from tracking and their wording that the package was physically still there. I was told to order the 'L', and I can send back the 'M' for a refund as soon as I get it. so I did. When I emailed them that I am ready to return the 'M' I was told they can't take it back since it was on sale. they knew this when they told me to order the other size and return the wrong one. First it seemed they were lazy about stopping the original package, then they lied to me directly about returning the wrong size. Deceptive to get me to order a second from them. Do not trust this bike shop. they have no integrity.

They told me to give them a couple of days on the design for the new bracelet for my approval. When I received their ideas, it was exactly what I wanted. A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. This time the shop had moved to a new location. I was staying downtown and was able to hop on the rail and arrive within a reasonable, but m,operate walk from the train stop. It wasn't necessarily an ideal walk front eh train, but definitely manageable. This shop is always packed with cool stuff - in this newer location they have much more space and Heaven more great stuff. New and used, they have lots to look at. I was definitely impressed with the guitar pedals that they keep in stock. Really appreciate the ability to check out some uncommon stuff that I have been interested in potentially adding to my pedal board. The folks here are always friendly and obviously love talking about music equipment as much as I do. Definitly A+ for Flipside Music shop!

Charles at Simple Fix Cycles was outstanding from start to finish. I reached out about a week before my appointment after getting a flat on my rear tire, and as someone who is not very knowledgeable about e-bike maintenance, I really appreciated how clear and patient he was. He recommended a great set of tires for my commuter needs and kept me updated throughout the whole process while they were ordered and delivered. When everything arrived, he came to my house and worked on my bike for over two hours in near-freezing Colorado weather without rushing a thing. He was extremely pleasant, easy to talk to, and a genuinely excellent communicator. What really stood out is that he didn't just swap tires and call it done. He noticed a few minor issues and essentially gave the bike a general tune-up too. He bled both brakes (which hadn't been done since I bought the bike secondhand), corrected some alignment with the rear tire hub, and taught me about proper disc brake maintenance to help extend longevity. I genuinely appreciated him being willing to explain what he was working on as he went. It's obvious he knows what he's doing. He's been working on bikes for over 20 years, and you can tell he's capable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to his craft. I'll absolutely be using Simple Fix Cycles again and would recommend Charles to anyone who wants reliable, professional service without the hassle of hauling a bike to a shop. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Charles at Simple Fix Cycles. Charles is flat out a great guy. He is someone who will tell you exactly what needs attention on your bike. No up selling and always up front about price. Most importantly he's a purveyor of teaching you how to fix your bike. Sure something require more skill and know how. That said, Charles will show you every step of the way if you want to know. He'll work with you to build your confidence and awareness of what to pay attention to on your bike. Best of all, he comes to you. He worked with my schedule even if it was outside of his business hours. I needed a quick fix before a trip, Charles went out of his way to make sure I was set and safe for my trip. He even checked in while I was on my trip to make sure everything was good. Charles is amazing! He has a passion for his work and for taking care of his customers. I bought a used full suspension bike and was getting back into the sport after several years away. Charles came to my house for a tune up on my new bike. He checked out the bike top to bottom and reviewed it all with me, which was very educational. He then worked with me and my budget to get the most important maintenance items addressed. He also showed me showed me some things to watch out for in the future. He teaches you while working on your bike (if you're interested). Throughout my time working with Charles, he mentioned multiple times how the most important thing was for me to get back in the saddle on a safe and reliable bike. This year I called Simple Fix and used their mobile service and they earned my future business hands down. Charles did a full tune up and 2 weeks later when I texted him a question, he went out of his way to come and look at my derailleur and taught me a few things to help me maintain my bike.
