I needed to move my electric panel and I also had a strange situation with my kitchen where I was getting shocked by the water and my fridge. Mike came out to help and while he moved the panel over he was able to identify the cause of the electric water and fix it quickly. I had what I thought was a bad circuit breaker that blew on Christmas Eve. I couldn't find anyone that could refer me to a trustworthy electrician and wasn't feeling confident with some of the recommendations made on Nextdoor, so I checked Yelp and decided to try Simple Electric based on all their amazing reviews. I called them the day after Christmas and they were able to come out that same week. They called me when the technician was on his way and sent me an email with his photo so I knew what he'd look like. Michael arrived promptly and was very professional. When I described the issue, he immediately knew what he thought the problem was, which turned out to be an issue with one of my outlets, not the breaker. He fixed the problem within a matter of minutes and it turned out to be a much less expensive repair than I anticipated. Michael was also very neat and cleaned up the bits of drywall where he had to cut away a little of the drywall surrounding the electrical box. WOW! Ramon and Shane just left our house, and we can't get over what GREAT work they do. Both were meticulous from the time they came to the door to the time they left. We found out our wall ovens were installed "on the side" by the delivery man just before we moved into our house, so we were a little nervous to use them. Simple electric was quickly able to schedule a tech to come out to check them. Maurice was right on time, professional, friendly, and very efficient.
