I almost forgot to mention that they provide a beverage (beer, seltzer, water, sodas) with every bath just to add to the wonderful experience. Lastly, we always leave with a couple of treats. Pretty Eyes is READY to get CLEANED with special shampoos and conditioners. The on duty gentleman scurried towards the back to clean the plethora of previous customers, while stating, they have been inundated with Doggy Washes this day. NO Problem for a few moment wait. I unleash my Service dog and open the gate, she is off to her favorite side, jumps in and waits. I must mention, the water hose is "Very Durable" a bit stiff in operating, although they are generous in offering aprons, expect to get a bit wet and be prepare in managing the volume first before starting the wash including your choices of shampoo/conditioners. Yet, the choices are wonderful, from Oatmeal shampoo to shampoo/conditioner in same bottle and more! Ready to towel off! They do have a LONG hose for drying, it is a pitched sound, your dog may or may not care for, HAVE YOUR TOWELS READY! This is a fun time, and NO RUSH. Their set up "A Bucket" for all the fur no longer needed, a place to toss your wet towels and leave your bucket or return the bucket to the front desk. GREAT SERVICE. There is also an extra pricing if you choose; either $14.00 per visit or if one pays up front $40.00/each bath will cost $8.00 Have fun!

I found 10+ items that were expired still sitting on the shelf. No lie, one expired in 2023. I looked at the frozen raw and there were SO many expired products as well. I found a product I use that was expiring in less than a month and tried to see if I could get a discount. The associates and store manager couldn't approve a discount and said they couldn't call the GM (not that I asked them to) as "he doesn't like to be bothered". Most, if not all, PSPs give discounts on products expiring in a month or two but this place seems to not check expiration dates at all or be accommodating to customers.

We bought a couple of fish from him just before Christmas, since our nephew really likes the aquarium. After several days our fish started dying one by one. We went to him for a solution and had him test the water from our tank. Water looked fine but he told us we had a parasitic infestation (Ich). After we told him all our fish seemed to be infected he SOLD us a $6 bottle of anti- Ich solution and told us it was our fault that our tank was infested due to the water temperature being slightly too low (~75-76 degrees instead of 80). WHAT B.S.!!!!! We've had a fish tank for 29 years and never had an issue like this. 11 fish dead so far, including a big Plecco that we're had for 7 YEARS and a couple of Black Skirts we're had for 4 to 5 years. His fish infected our tank and killed every one of our collection and he tells us IT"S OUR FAULT!!! This is REPREHENSIBLE!!! Avoid this business at all costs!!!

One of those items was a UV light that we ended up not needing. When I went to return it they told me they don't give cash refunds. The light is unused and unopened. The employee pointed to a paper taped to the counter stating that policy. The problem is that when I purchased the dirt, hides and insects, he brought everything to the counter and set it all on top of that notice. So I didn't see it. Nor would I have had the opportunity to see it as nothing placed there went into a bag. When I pointed that out he said it's written in the receipt. Which is also suspect as at that point the transaction is already complete and I had no opportunity to consider their policy at that point. I don't need $100 is store credit. And it's poor business practice to place your refund policy in one place, directly where it will be covered and unseen when checking out. If your goal is to compete and run a viable business how can you continue to lack a reasonable return policy on unused and unopened items?

All of the workers were huddled around the front holding conversation trying to get all the customers they could out of the store as fast as they could so they could go back to their own conversations. They have Fussie Cat brand which Petsmart and Petco do not carry. I also love that they have my cat-sitting magnet stuck on the pole thing by their register - thank you!! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the place is literally so convenient! I love that they carry Go Cat wands, but please - can you carry the ones on the sticks (not the fishing line/wire ones)? I buy the crap out of the stick wands for my clients' kitties! Today when I picked him up from being groomed they cut his hair all the way down. The groomer said she checked the notes and this is what they "have always done". WRONG he has NEVER had his hair shaved down. The owner Luke apologized and stated that his health is not affected. Also WRONG Luke! He is an 8 year old black double coated dog and we are heading into the warm summer months. My senior black fur dog just lost the ability to maintain his temperature regulation. What groomer would not know that you are not supposed NEVER shave down a long haired Dachshund as it damages the coat and impairs the dogs ability to regulate temperature. A knowledgeable groomer would know that long haired Dachshunds are DOUBLE COATED and their undercoat protects them from heat in the summer and cold in the winter. A knowledgeable groomer would know that shaving down their fur can damage their permanent coat preventing it from growing back properly. Poor guy it looks horrible and I'm praying that somehow we are lucky and it grows back in without being permanently damaged. This is going to impact my dogs entire summer as he will have to avoid being in the sun. So no long walks or hikes for him. So you are WRONG Luke this is more than cosmetic and goes way beyond my dog looking absolutely horrible. This definitely affects his health and his life. BEWARE AND NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!!
