Washed my dog at self service, first time ever! Normally take him to groomers but thought id try it solo and save some $$. It was so easy, place.was clean, had everything i needed and they didnt seem to get upset w the amount of water that ended up on floor. Lol. This place is overall pretty great: dog bathing where they supply everything but the dog, a nice inventory of items that we get regularly for our pup, and close by! Service can be a little rough around the edges sometimes, but someone is always there to work (and they work hard!) and I've never not gotten what I've needed there. This is still by go to store for pet supplies and needs. I find the place clean, bright and the staff is extremely friendly. There is always plenty of parking and they even have a dog wash. I come here once a year for their vaccination clinics as well. It's very easy and convenient. They have a huge array of dog foods, toys, treats and even clothes. Yeah, I don't really "get" dog clothes either but maybe that's because I have a German Shepherd. Not really a dress up type of dog. The staff is always warm and friendly and I'm never in line to check out more than a few minutes. They allow you to bring your dog in, as long as it's well behaved. They even have little treats and cookies for your pup. I like shopping local and prefer this to chain stores. read more

I love Pets N' Stuff they have a water fountain at the front door that my dog loves lol, definitely my go to place for anything dog related!

I used to come here all the time before I moved away 4 years ago and never had any issues at all but costumer service has definitely gone down. I was met with a rude glare when I walked in and when I was in line to check out another cashier came up, whistled, and pointed to the other register to ring me up. What am I a dog? You can talk to me. A simple "hi I can check you out at the other register" would've sufficed. read more

i was on vacation and missed my dogs back at home so i went to this lovely store.everyone was very nice with customer service the young lady at the counter for check out didn't give me back any change. everything is well kept and organized. the cats have their own room which is very nice! read more

I was really happy to discover this local pet store that has such a wide variety of food, treats, and toys. My dog eats a speciality food that is not very common and they have it. The selection is impressive and the staff is always really friendly. My dog LOVES going in there as he always gets some really sweet pets and attention. This is my go-to spot for my dog's food and treats. They have a wide array and variety of dog and cat food, treats, and toys. It's always a fun time taking the doggo shopping and to spoil him. You're sure to find what you need and what your furry friend wants at this local pet store. The prices seem to be slightly lower than other stores that I've been to, which a big plus for the customer. They do have a weighing scale to monitor your pet's gain and also offer seasonal treats that your animal will love! read more

I had a horrible experience here and will never shop at this store again. I will go to Chewy. I sent the below email to the store over a week ago and never heard back. I have had great experiences in your store in the past but I was extremely disappointed today. I last minute needed some dog bones and checked your website-- it said you were open until 9pm. I walked into your store and said hello to the cashiers and was greeting with an unfriendly "hi." As I walked by I heard one cashier say to the other "What is wrong with him? He's wearing shorts; it's cold outside." Right after I walked in another customer walked in and he was told "We close in one minute." This surprised me since the website says 9pm. I quickly chose my items and went to the register (my receipt says I was run up at 7:01- I was trying to shop quick since the store was closing). I apologized to the cashier and said that I didn't know the store was closing at 7. She replied "yeah, COVID." I inserted my credit card and the cashier reached over to the payment terminal and signed for me. I was stunned. Is this normal? I was extremely offended but smiled and thanked them for their help. I am extremely offended by how I was treated and violated by the cashier signing for me. I work in the payment card industry and don't even think that is compliant and it definitely was not respectful. read more

This store is amazing! They had so many options for dog treats; we were on the hunt for training treats and left with half a dozen options that I thought the dogs would love. And they do! Their selection is really impressive and we will definitely be regulars here (the shelves are all fully stocked and prices are totally reasonable!). read more

Helpful and attentive Wash attendants and so many cute babies. Only complaint is that to use the blow dryers I would have had to lift my 80+ lb dog onto a table because she is not a fan of unfamiliar steps and stairs so I'm not sure it was worth the $16. If I could give them less than a star I would! From the moment myself and my family walked in, the lady with the black hair stayed following us around. We wanted to see if our dog liked the duck neck and duck foot. We gave her one of each. The lady in the black hair treated us as if we had no common sense enough to pay for the treats we had already given our dog. She then proceeded to follow us throughout the store until we were ready to check out. Before we even had the chance to let the cashier know what we were purchasing she went about and placed the duck neck and foot on the register. She treated us as if we were beneath her and as if we didn't have the means to purchase what we came to purchase BEFORE we even had the chance to do so. The customer service was absolutely disgusting. She continuously used the excuse because she worked there and it was her job to follow only myself and my family around when there were other families in the store at the same time. Will not be returning to this store! read more

The ladies that work there are very rude and unprofessional. Pretty much every time I went to take my pup a shower it's dirty and there's no towels. I usually have to go grab one In the back because all the workers either ignore me or not present. read more

I love coming here. The staff is always SO nice. They have a frequent buyers program and the selection is huge. The dog wash is cheap and cleanly and they have a punch card for that, too. You can tell the folks who work here really are animal lovers and they always give my pup a treat after the torture of the dog wash haha read more

Prices are too high at this particular pet store. They used to sell fish and aquarium accessories but over the years then they got rid of it. They have items that have gone up in price substantially that causes me to shop somewhere else. Some of the employees are a little snooty which again makes me want to shop somewhere else. read more

Started going here for little things. Toys and whatnot. I am terrified of cutting my dogs nails and walking them around the park wasn't helping so I took all three of them here and I am pretty sure my lab outweighed the woman trimming his nails but she soldiered on and got it done in spite of my big baby doing everything in his power to make the mean lady put down his delicate paw... lol. Bath time was way easier than home and everyone is super nice even if my 100 pound baby is scared of the treats they always offer. I'll keep coming back. read more

Love this place! Locally owned and it's huge like the chain pet stores. They have a large selection for your dog needs, not sure about their other pet stuff. They also provide a lot of services such as dog washing, nail trimming, and vaccinations. All services in which I've used and would recommend. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when your dog is not behaving! My dog accidentally (?) peed in the store. I was initially scared to ask for help, but they gave me some paper towels with a smile. They have a loyalty program, so make sure to give them your name! They also have digital mobile coupons and local coupons you get in the mail. I've seen a Groupon as well! I buy Fromm dog food which also has some sort of frequent buyer program. There's lots of ways to save. Don't be afraid to ask! read more

I used to REALLY like Pets N' Stuff, but in the last year and a half I have had very bad experiences with the dry dog food. I opened one bag and it smelled horrible and the kibble did not look right. The expiration date was 3 mos old, which is bad when you consider that the "best by" dates are years out of the manufacturing date. I had to throw out another bag and it had not reached its expiration date - several months to go, but should not have bought it. Now, I shop elsewhere for dog food. Usually I love this place, but after today, not really sure I would want to return. I brought my dog in with me and while we were walking down an aisle a pitbull decked out in chains pulling like a freight train, lunged at my dog and if I hadn't pushed my dog back, one of us would been bit. What's even worse is that the guy blamed me for bringing my dog down the aisle. My soul reason for coming into this store this weekend was they claimed to have a "huge" Memorial Day Sale. It was neither much of a sale nor would the word huge be used to describe the event. What really sucks is that my friends service dog was also attacked by a poorly behaved lab who was dragging his less than thoughtful owner around the store and came right up behind my friends dog. Tried to jump right on her back. It's a shame that incompetent owners think it's ok to bring their poorly behaved dogs into public places putting working dogs in jeopardy, dogs that are trained to the advanced level and already have their canine good citizen title because the dog has been properly raised. This store didn't really seem to care. All dogs are welcome! What a very scary thought! read more

Pets-N-Stuff surely is large as other reviewers have mentioned. It puts some other hole-in-the-wall pet stores to shame. There is a large selection of pet products for any of your furry friends here. I've found many an interesting toy for my bunnies here! The staff is very friendly and has talked my ear off (in a good way) every time that I have come in. The prices are great and the store is clean. I do have to knock off one star, though, for the fact that they sell some small animals - including rabbits. Any pet store that believes it is unacceptable to sell dogs and cats should refuse to sell rabbits as well. read more

They were going to charge me 34.99 for harness that was marked 29.99...told me it was human error...very cocky....not the first time...my last time in this business...and i.spent alot of my on my 2 frenchies. I guess the franchise pet stores are all right in their own way..but I am a big fan of the old " mom and pop' places in life...Case in point..Pet's n' Stuff..a " daughter and pop" (well more daughter now) store where the extra mile is freely traveled by the staff there...My hounds love to go for their baths there..not for the baths persay..but for the social aspect..they really dig seeing all their canine buddies...and treats...oh oh oh oh.. treats ..treats..treats...The dogie wash is well maintained and the supplies are always in stock..and will special order at the drop of a hat. (not that I need to drop my hat to get them to order something...I digress..) Happy people and happy animals...just like it was ment to be. Your dog gone right.... read more

The holistics movement's answer to the chain megastore, Pets-N-Stuff is big and bold with its statement in favor of better care for pets at affordable prices. I'd love to see this store expand and have as many locations as the giants in the pet supply industry. The self service dog wash is easy and cheap, but a bit crowded- my MIL's mildly dog-aggressive Husky mix got pretty anxious, but held it together when he got a scrub down courtesy of three or four of his family members here. They provide nice shampoo with the base fee for a self-serve bath, as well as a tub and some basic grooming tools. I also noticed great prices on dog and cat toys- I got a remote controlled mouse for my kitty here, which drove him nuts, in a good way, until it got crudded up with carpet lint and retired to the trash bin. read more

Love, love, LOVE this pet store. They have all the top quality dog foods at reasonable prices! I used to have to go to expensive boutiques to find Orijen. While the drive is a bit for me now, it is still around 10 dollars cheaper a bag than any of the boutiques I've been to in the Denver area (trust me, I'm a dog freak I think I have been to most of them). Plus, if you get on their mailing list they send out coupons a few times a year which really helps. They also have a HUGE selection of toys, beds and treats.. every kind you can imagine. While I too am not a fan of them selling small animals, I'm still going to give them 5 stars because everything else is so great. read more
