She came across as passive-aggressive, rude, and on a power trip. She honestly reminded me of the stereotype people have about TSA employees. This is a medical facility where people are dealing with very serious health problems. A little kindness and compassion go a long way. There is a professional way to enforce policies without making patients feel like they're an inconvenience or talking down to them. I've always had good experiences here, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I hope management addresses it because the front desk is the first impression patients have, and they deserve to be treated with respect. I now prefer the Mesa location over Gilbert, even though I live here. I did have a good experience with Tiffany, the US technician. She was kind, professional & efficient. However, not a lot of places offer this special ultra sound because only certain technicians are able to perform it... Anyways, this location had someone available to do it so I came here for that. The technician was nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure room was extremely clean! Unfortunately, the results were a kind of a draw because the images were not great and I had to go get an MRI. I wouldn't recommend getting that kind of ultrasound but I would recommend this imaging facility.

Four years ago CICC put a port in for my step father. They always say that they do not put a port…read morein if the white blood count is over 10 because it can cause infection. They knew that my step father had pneumonia the month before which increased his white blood count. They did not check his white blood count before the port placement. We did not realize that CICC did not check his white blood count. Later we learned that his white blood count was 13.4 when the port was put in. He ended up with a massive infection, got septic and four months later he died. We will never forget the suffering he experienced after the port placement. CICC completely disregarded what happened. I would never go near them.

I patiently waited in line for my turn and eventually reached the front of the line. At that point, the clerk acknowledged me and asked if I could wait for a minute. I understood that there may have been a reason for the delay and was willing to be patient. However, while I was waiting, another patron walked up to the counter after I had already reached the front of the line. Instead of assisting me as promised, the clerk proceeded to help the other patron first, leaving me standing there and waiting even longer. I found this experience frustrating and discourteous. As a customer who had waited my turn, I expected to be served in the order in which I arrived. Being overlooked in favor of someone who came after me made me feel that my time and patience were not valued. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I am not seeking to cause trouble. However, I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that staff can be reminded of the importance of serving customers fairly and in the order they arrive. When you commit to providing a report within 24 to 48 hours because it's a stat order, and then you don't provide that it's incredibly stressful for someone dealing with cancer. Not having your reports in a timely fashion for a doctors appointment makes the appointment almost useless. My August scan took a week to get back, the report was not complete, my doctor's office requested that it be read again and it never was submitted Finally, at the beginning of October, we had to call in and speak to a radiologist to get the report. If you have any idea how much stress that adds to somebody's cancer, Journey, you would commit to doing better. Being behind because you're short staffed is no excuse when that's been going on for over six months. With the money you're raking in, you should be able to staff well enough to give people the reports in a timely fashion.

This didn't just inconvenience me but messed up my whole work day. There were other things to regarding payment that I was annoyed with and given poor communications on. Never, ever, ever do business with SimonMed. 1. They make…read moreimaging appointments BEFORE receiving approval from health insurance for the imaging. If the approval isn't received before the appointment, they will cancel the appointment and then text you until you call in to reschedule. 2. When you call back to reschedule, you have to explain everything all over again and you usually get different prep insructions for the same image request. 3. When you try to use their website, you can't use your cell phone number for a second account. I was my husband's caregiver and now I am my mother's and they won't let her have an account because I have the same cell phone number. Why ANY company would make a phone number a key database field is beyond me. 4. The online chat leads you only to FAQ pages...not to a person who can actually help you.
