It is very hard for me to find a good place that can thread my eyebrows because I have a scar. I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. Hands down the best threading place I've ever been to! I have very annoying eyebrows that grow straight and are very sparse yet every time I go to Simi I absolutely love the way they look when I walk out the door! The only reason I didn't give a full 5 star rating is because the price is a little high compared to most other places, my eyebrows alone cost $20 (before tip) each time I go and when you can get them done for $11 at Ziba or $5 at Ronzina's on PCH it kinda makes you think twice, but I still keep going back because that couple extra dollars is totally worth it when I get to leave feeling like a milion bucks! read more

My gf just got back from this awful experience and they just did a god awful job on her eyebrows.. And they made her fell out of place with no costumer service by tell her, "there's no walk-ins" and then say, "but i guess well take you." Agree she should of left then... When I moved to San Pedro I was annoyed to have to make my trip to the Lakewood mall to get my eyebrows done so I looked for a place close to home. I'm glad this was my first place and last place to go to here in Pedro. They are very friendly and also very affordable. They alway do my brows the way I like them and not super thin but if you like the thin brown look they will accommodate you. I highly recommend this place just tell them what you want! They also do henna, I haven't tried it but I think I'm going to this summer. I'll review when I get one. So far nothing but good thing from this place for brows :) read more

I've had nothing but great experiences ever since I started going to Simi. She is incredibly skilled and a perfectionist at what she does! She IS a little pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for- and I am very picky about my eyebrows being done by someone who knows what they're doing (especially since I never do). Locationally, it's convenient since it's close to the 110 FWY, but the parking lot is crowded and the surrounding businesses which I think are mostly foodstamp, single mom store places that don't really do much to help "spruce" up her cute little shop, however, it's about her work- not the aesthetics of the building. She does an incredible job at explaining what needs to be fixed in your brow line, if you've got that habit of over-tweezing, or how to maintain proper growth of your brows. Some may call her bossy, but it comes with a territory. The more you do in between appointments to help her, the easier her job becomes and the better YOUR OWN results are! Listen to the woman, and don't confuse bossy with Persian. ;) Lovely lady, lovely shop, and wonderful work! I will continue to see her as long as I possibly can! read more

I started getting my eyebrows threaded at this place about three years ago and every time I go I walk out with PHENOMENAL results. The work is done to achieve perfection. I have no trouble calling to make an appointment, its no hassle at all. The prices are more than reasonable because you do get what you pay for. I'm unsure of what people expect to pay when what you're getting is a beautiful job for the right amount. For new clients that require shaping and a lot of work she charges 20 dollars but if you go in regularly she charges 15. I love this place and I have learned my lesson going to places that charge almost the same and destroying the shape of my eyebrows by over threading. I will always come back. read more

Saw the sign that Simi was under new management and new hours, so I went in to check it out. Goma helped me and did an amazing job. I haven't had my brows threaded in ages (I usually tweeze them myself), but wanted a more polished look for a special occasion. My eyebrows haven't looked this perfect in forever! Followed Goma here from Gardena. She is simply the best in the threading department. She takes her time, asks how you like your eyebrows done and actually listens to what is said.
