This is an amazing place to get your RV worked on. Mike and his team are so great and talented to work with. They got my newly purchased 1984 RV running like a dream - it didn't even start when it got towed to them, and that was just one of its many issues. I honestly didn't think it would be possible that it would ever run again, but they worked miracles and at an extremely fair price to boot! Could not recommend this business more. This review is long overdue but I don't want to let it go. I went in with several things wrong with my RV. A 21 foot Jayco Whitehawk with a broken slideout, light strip not working, a screw sticking out the back from the previous mobile RV service I had used (don't get me started), and probably a couple of other cosmetic things. Michael stayed with this through problems with the manufacturer and wrong parts associated with the VIN to get the slide repair done. Did it take some time? Yes. Is it fixed to my satisfaction? Beyond! I referred my son to them and they are my go to place now. I'm sure I was a pain (well, I know my trailer was) but I was always treated with respect and kindness. Returning home from Faria State Beach camping. Found this business on-line and after reading reviews decided to try this business for truck/trailer wash and dumping. The old woman in office could not give us any prices at all. She said I would have call the General Manager for prices to wash our rig. The old woman also said our truck/trailer could not be washed now. We would have to wait or make an appointment. She also directed us to another business down the road where dumping is cheaper. We decided to dump our tanks here since we were already here in front of the dump station. A worker unlock the dump station and said it was $20 to dump and I should pay him. Boy, what a way to run a business. Needless to say, we won't be back. read more

Mike and the team at Simi Center were able to get my RV in for some repairs much sooner than anyone else in the area. Mike explained all of the possible issues with my slide out, and assured me that they would inspect and diagnose the problems carefully before starting work. They quickly determined that, while there was some normal wear on the gears and rails, that after lubricating it, it should work fine. There is a chance that in the future, it will need to have upgraded gears and rails installed (it's a large slide out that runs the length of the cabin), but rather than prematurely recommending a complete replacement (at a cost of around $4-5,000), Mike demonstrated his integrity and suggested that I wait. No labor charges for all of the diagnostic work they did. I'll be back for any future service or repair issues! Highly recommend Simi Center! read more

Fantastic operation from any perspective. Mike and his team handled my RV repair quickly and thoroughly. They worked clean and kept me advised all the way through. They even handled the warranty issues with the manufacturer. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but they patiently and thoroughly answered every one, even those that were not related to the current repair. I ended up here because my car broke down on the nearby freeway. The manager was very kind the staff was friendly for the most part. The receptionist is frantic, but helpful. I was charged for something the Manager specifically told me I would not be charged for, and after checking with my mechanic who I regularly use, it turns out I was overcharged altogether. I had to jump through hoops to make sure that the portion of the invoice I was told I wouldn't be charged for was refunded. I had to call to check on my car more than once since no one called to give me an update in the timeframe I was originally given. I expressed my concerns about the total on the invoice to the receptionist in the hopes that she would convey them to the manager. I also sent emails about my concerns. Both the phone call and the emails went on answered. Unless you have a baseline knowledge of car mechanics to protect yourself from being taken advantage of, I would not recommend using this body shop. read more

I have taken my RV to Simi Center 2 times and both times I had an excellent experience. I am a female owner of a 26 ft class C RV and I have never once felt they were taking advantage of me. In fact just the opposite, I felt like they were looking out for me and my safety being as a female owner. I made a list of things I wanted them to check on and they only fixed what was broken and did not just charge me to get the money on things that did not need repair. I have dealt with both Michael and Mark who were both very professional and courteous. I will continue to bring my RV to them for all my needs. We took a used RV we were thinking of buying to Simi Center for a pre-purchase bumper to bumper inspection. Megan was great and walked us through the entire process even sending us the checklist of what they would look for before it was done. After having the RV all day, we got a 17 page comprehensive report and talked with Darion who did the inspection. They found many major things wrong and saved us thousands. Needless to say we didn't buy the RV. We were impressed by their knowledge, honestly and no-nonsense evaluation of the RV. We will use you for maintenance in the future once we find another RV. Our 2018 camp trailer had all kinds of problems while on a trip from Florida to California. Simi Center looked at it and diagnosed bad damage. They helped us deal with the manufacturer and the insurance company. Josh, the service manager, went the "extra mile", with follow-up calls and letting us park the trailer until the salvage company came for it (it was totaled by the insurance company). Horrible...Made an appointment for me 2 weeks out and took 2 weeks to diagnose a simple problem. And 2 more weeks to fix it. I went by to check on my R.V. and it wasn't there. I asked where it was and they said it was at a storage lot. I drove around and found it a block away in a non-secured location.After all that, they replaced a fan switch (cost $40.00) and billed my extended warranty $450.00. To add insult to injury just used it last weekend and found about $800.00 worth of stuff missing from my storage compartments.......WOW!!! read more

Michael and his team worked on my electrical problems u til everything was right. The team was cheerful and helpful throughout the project.

We initially came to Simi Center to get our Monaco Diplomat washed and Waxed. The service was great! It wasn't to long after that we found out after talking with Mike, the owner, that they also do Rv Repairs. We needed to get some paint work done on the Rv passenger side and Mike did it for us! The results were great ! Then our generator went out and we took it in . Mike and his crew worked on it and had to replace worn out parts and gave it a full service. We recently used it on a trip to run our air conditioners while in transit to Las Vegas for a steady 6 hours! It performed perfectly! We also had Mike Troubleshoot our rear camera system. His crew installed a new Weldex cable and hooked it up to our system as a test . We used it on our 3 week trip to Yellowstone and it worked great! No more video cutting in and out! We have used Simi Center for all our maintenance items, they installed a wireless camera, installed a road master stabilizer bar, and more. We are very pleased with the service we receive from Simi Center and Mike and his crew! Very thorough and helpful! Also very knowledgeable and courteous! We recommend this business! read more

This place is truly a gem! I was looking for somewhere near where I keep my rv to dump and found Simi Center and so many more services. They have now washed my rv two times and done maintenance work on the generator and the engine. My rv is used and I have only had it a short time, and found that the aftermarket rear view camera, which was shown on the radio screen, was wired so that when it was in drive all that could be seen was the rear view camera view. Super frustrating. I had actually taken into a car stereo store that sells the same radio an they weren't able to even guess what was wrong. Mark was able to rewire this so that I can use the radio now as it should be. They have truly gone above and beyond in the care they have provided, they have worked with me to be able to pick up my rv after hours since I don't live near there, and it looks wonderful after being washed. I will definitely be using them for any and all servicing my rv will require. read more
