Although we used to live in Westlake Village, at that time we did not own a RV, so never had occasion to deal with Conejo RV. As a retiree, we moved to Reno, NV and now own a C class RV. This month we were returning from a visit to So Cal and the passenger step into the cab of our Tiffin Wayfarer RV became so loose that it was in danger of falling off. At the recommendation of the MBZ dealer we went to Conejo RV without an appointment. Without hesitation, Kirk immediately got underneath the step and determined that the self tapping bolts (many missing) were no longer going to work. He had one of the techs immediately remove the step and refit with larger bolts. The whole repair was done within an hour. The step is now very secure. While the service we received blew me away, I was then completely taken back when he told me "no charge". My only regret is that we no longer live here as he would be my "RV guy" for sure. read more

Conejo's RV sales and their service is so good they make me wish I lived closer to be able to rely on their great service more. We have purchased two RV's from here. Both transactions were not only the best deals available in the country at the time, they came with great service, such as the Conejo sales team calling me back after locking in an even lower rate. Today, we ran into an issue with electrical caused by another vendor doing an upgrade. Basically we were chassis dead in a campground. AAA jumped it, got us rolling. Due to our fortuitous proximity to Conejo RV, I called and explained my self inflicted issue, the owner stepped out, jumped in and with the help of another tech, got the miss-wiring issue resolved and I was happily on my way back to camping for the two weeks versus headed back to the 8 hour drive hour to Phoenix. My dogs also got some great advice on wiring technique, which I hope never comes in handy as they don't have opposable thumbs. I went in a few weeks ago on my way back from looking at a private party revel. Stoped in and met Kirk while he was busy with other buyers he still took the time to answer a mission questions I had about the Revel, he allowed me to drive the rig with no pressure whatsoever. I told him I would be back if I decided to buy a new one, a week later I called him as I was looking at another used van about the battery operation on the used one, he walked me through as much as he could and reminded me of the differences between the years 2019 and newer. I ended up buying from a private party, but Kirk went out of his way to help me twice with buying and getting educated on the revel. His willingness to help me knowing I may not buy from him, was pretty impressive and spoke volumes of his professionalism and overall good guy. These guys double sold an RV and expect me to be ok with that. I went through financing with them, then ended up having to also find and lock an outside lender. Now I have these dings on my credit and no RV. It took them a week, yes, a whole week (the day of pickup) to realize that they had double sold an RV. Does that sound like a business that you should trust your hard earned money to? No, I don't think so. Not only did I have that issue, but during the week, it was like I had to do their job for them, going back and forth with the lender. Dear Awesome ConejoRV Family, My wife and I would love to share our experience with this amazing company (ConejoRV). We like to thank all your customers that gave you 100% positive comments. Your past customer reviews are the only reason what made us drive the 200-mile round trip. Everything you read about (ConejoRV) is absolutely true and more. We were interested in this low mileage 2017 Fleetwood. When we did the initial walk through, we saw minor things would have been nice to get it fixed. When we said we like to buy this unit, this amazing company did their own extreme inspection. One week later sent us an email with a list of things they will fix that we didn't see during our first visit. Not only did they fix what we didn't notice, they actually replaced big ticket items such as awnings, TV Etc. We were anxious, while 90% of the RV was getting completed, we wanted to get the RV orientation done. We ended-up getting the most amazing orientation that lasted several hours. We are new to RV life, orientation was conducted in a manner people like us were able to comprehend. We trusted them so much before getting the rest of the items fixed, we wrote a check immediately for $125,000 and ask them to keep the unit knowing 150% certain they will fix the rest. We wanted to buy our own insurance and the extended warranty from outside. In the end, everything (ConejoRV) recommended (insurance and the extended warranty) ended-up costing us less and better than what we would have paid. When we were about to leave, (ConejoRV) gave us 1-year membership to Thousand Trails. We are going to use that membership to stay for free at Thousand Trails RV sites this year. We are so glad we didn't buy a RV from an individual owner or a BIG RV dealership. We would have never received this level of peace of mind or the service. ConejoRV is all about customer retention, on top of what they fixed, they give you a 45-day onsite warranty.
