He fixed the stove--just cut the wire going to the back light. I covered each wire end with the rubber ending so no shock. Fred ordered the toilet part, called me one day to come and fix it but I was at the doctor's and he never called back. This was at the end of July, 2026. I have called him every week to come and complete the job but now he is avoiding my phone calls. When Craig worked for me, he always came finished the job. I am very disappointed. If Fred wants to help Craig start building his business, he needs to start by completing the mobile jobs he was still working on.i just hope Fred does not run Craig and Camper's Keeper's Business into the ground Craig does not deserve that. So I will give 2 stars for now. But if Fred takes his responsibilities seriously and fix my toilet,I will raise my stars.

I was looking for a place to take my RV on a regular basis since my old RV mechanic closed shop…read more They told me they are the cheapest in all of Simi. Well, I had a list of items to resolve. But the most important one was to help the RV pass a smog test that had already failed. And while I had it there, I asked how much to paint the RV since they were supposedly the cheapest. The quoted me over $40k to paint it! But if I did all the work with them, they would bring down the paint job cost. I was quoted an amount for diagnostic work. Well, they charged the diagnostic fee multiplied by the number of issues I had. So the total ended being around $2000! Yes that included an oil change. And also they did connect the house batteries (one of the requests). But the rest was all diagnostic time. Unfortunately all that $$ was ONLY to diagnose, not to fix. So nothing else was fixed!! If I actually wanted to do the repairs, that was additional $$$. I paid and left. My RV still has all the problems. Beware! I will not come back to them and don't want others to get ripped off by them. Now the employees themselves are very nice and polite and friendly. Unfortunately I still was ripped off.

Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to taking care of his customers. If you need mobile RV service, this is the guy to call. Nick if you see this, I truly apologize for such a late review.
