I noticed whole cooked Yardbirds sitting under a heat lamp --warmer station! I think this may be the cause of why the chicken was slightly dry. I would suggest to management that they find a better way to store and keep their chicken from drying out; like perhaps use warming drawers. Nevertheless.....It definitely warrants a drop on a star for that....because I can't stand dry white meat. As for the sides, I tried the yellow rice and salad as part of the combination. Both of the sides were delicious, with the rice being my favorite. It was flavorful and enough for at least two people. Lol. In all, it was a great visit.
