Not only did I receive the lowest quote from them, after calling 7 other tow companies..... They had someone available to help me immediately!! This was on a Friday at 4:45pm! The employee I worked with directly was Gary. I opted in for text messaging (my preferred method) which is how we communicated and I can't believe how smooth everything went!! I mean exceptional service! He arrived and had my vehicle loaded before I could even get to the location!! He text me that he had everything taken care of and I could turn around and meet him back at my house. Once at my house, he delivered my car with perfection. Exactly where I wanted it parked. He was very professional and took great care while handling the heavy equipment near my vehicle. And had quite literally completed the entire job within 30 minutes from the time I'd made initial contact, including the at least 10 mile tow! At this days in age in particular, it is so rare to find businesses that are ran with true integrity and transparency. I am a major skeptic when it comes to this kind of thing because I am so tired of being ripped off and taken advantage of in my moments of need and unexpected emergency expenses. I am very impressed with the experience that Patriot Towing & Hauling made available to me today. In the future I will be recommending them to everyone I know! And unlike so many other places.... This review was unprompted, no one asked me to leave it, there was no incentive to receive for writing it and to me that makes a big difference. They have spiders and various other insects, being in the country, so don't imagine you won't find a web or 3,000 around your unit, though that seems pretty standard for out-of-city storage. The owner is a lovely person who we enjoy seeing each month. The area is extremely well-maintained. We haven't measured it, but the grass never appears to grow beyond two inches. Things are kept very tidy. Your belongings will be safe here.

Several walls are gouged and scraped. They should have repaired that or took better care not to do it in the first place. They took breaks, which I paid for. I ended up paying $2000 for a move from storage to a home here in Billings. The guys that moved me were nice young men who did work hard. That is why I bumped up my rating to a 3 because they were good guys. But I do not fully recommend this company.

The unit we rented was filthy when we arrived. It was pouring rain when we tried to move in and the unit was getting a layer of water inside. There's no lip to ensure water doesn't come inside the unit. Also, it is not secure. Over the course of 4 days, the gate was never closed when we arrived.
