Several walls are gouged and scraped. They should have repaired that or took better care not to do it in the first place. They took breaks, which I paid for. I ended up paying $2000 for a move from storage to a home here in Billings. The guys that moved me were nice young men who did work hard. That is why I bumped up my rating to a 3 because they were good guys. But I do not fully recommend this company.

They have spiders and various other insects, being in the country, so don't imagine you won't find a web or 3,000 around your unit, though that seems pretty standard for out-of-city storage. The owner is a lovely person who we enjoy seeing each month. The area is extremely well-maintained. We haven't measured it, but the grass never appears to grow beyond two inches. Things are kept very tidy. Your belongings will be safe here.
