When I get to the door the woman said "we're closed." I said the sign says OPEN! She says, "well, we're closed." All I wanted was to get my propane tank filled which would have been less than 5 minutes but she just went back inside, shut off the lights and turned off the OPEN sign and walked to her car. SSOOOO RUDE. The young man that was with her also just walked to his car without saying a word. I will NEVER GO BACK. She needs to take courses on customer service. I would be embarrassed if she worked for my company and should be fired.

A guy stuck his head out the door and rudely said "it's going to be a bit before I can help you" I wasn't in a big hurry so I waited. About 10 minutes went by. He came outside this time. And again said it was going to be a bit before he could help me due to problems he was having inside. He didn't seem like he wanted to help me so I started loading up my propane tanks. Just as I finished he cam out again and saw that I was leaving and said "Good, go someplace else " That guy was the rudest person I have had to deal with that I can ever remember. U Haul didn't want my business and will never get it again. Yes I will go someplace else and never spend my money there again. I hope nobody else does either!

They told me they would be back in a couple days to bury the line, because their trench machine would not work when ground is wet. Well here it is November 15, 2018. The line still isn't buried. Called them and was told next year. When next year? Was told if I want to bury it myself they would reimburse me $100. After this winter season I will be switching to a different propane company.
