Called them and was told next year. When next year? Was told if I want to bury it myself they would reimburse me $100. After this winter season I will be switching to a different propane company. When I get to the door the woman said "we're closed." I said the sign says OPEN! She says, "well, we're closed." All I wanted was to get my propane tank filled which would have been less than 5 minutes but she just went back inside, shut off the lights and turned off the OPEN sign and walked to her car. SSOOOO RUDE. The young man that was with her also just walked to his car without saying a word. I will NEVER GO BACK. She needs to take courses on customer service. I would be embarrassed if she worked for my company and should be fired.
