These guys are jerks. They require you to give contact information for two people that aren't you. Then, when you're two days tardy on your payment because you've been on the road for a couple of days for a wedding, they give your retired mother(who lives 2000 miles away) a phone call telling her that they need to talk to her about a storage unit. Of course, she's like "Is everything okay?" That makes me worried. I'm thinking that maybe my unit caught on fire or I've been robbed. No. It's because my payment is 48 hours late. Give me a break! I went to the business on Monday 9/5 at 5:15 pm to get 2 bottles filled with propane. I unloaded the first 1 and hit the button for the ringer to notify that I was there to get propane. I unloaded the second tank and waited for a bit but since no one come out I hit the button again. A guy stuck his head out the door and rudely said "it's going to be a bit before I can help you" I wasn't in a big hurry so I waited. About 10 minutes went by. He came outside this time. And again said it was going to be a bit before he could help me due to problems he was having inside. He didn't seem like he wanted to help me so I started loading up my propane tanks. Just as I finished he cam out again and saw that I was leaving and said "Good, go someplace else " That guy was the rudest person I have had to deal with that I can ever remember. U Haul didn't want my business and will never get it again. Yes I will go someplace else and never spend my money there again. I hope nobody else does either! read more

The guy who waited on us, had the personality of a friggin rock. Jackson never said hello, hi , nothing to greet us. He contacted us at closing time and said our car was ready, early afternoon turned out to be 7PM. We paid for the work done and left. No greeting ,thank you, or good bye , nothing said. The worst customer service I have ever had. I waited in the store, in front of two employees, for 10 minutes before they would even acknowledge me. I left and came back 45 minutes later to experience the same thing. If I didn't already have a reservation, I would have switched companies all together. read more

We have had two very poor experiences with this uhaul location! The first time, we moved from out of state and when we came to return the trailer the employees gave us a hard time for how many moving blankets we rented! They said it was ridiculous how many moving blankets we rented (even though we paid for them!). The second time, we rented a truck and filled out the form stating what dents and dings the truck had prior to our rental. We were very specific, then when we returned the truck, the guys said that the dent was "worse" than they remember it being even though we disclosed the dent prior to renting. It always seems like they are trying to hassle you and are unfriendly and unprofessional! Will be going to another uhaul any time we go to rent. read more

Horrible customer service. I booked a trailer for 7 am. When I arrived, the rude employee told me that I needed to come back at 7:30. I contacted live chat and they told me that my reservation had been changed without my knowledge. She then told me to contact the reservation manager. She was also extremely rude. She told me she had never been on the website and she had no idea what it said or promised a customer. She stated that I "should read more closely and I would have seen that the time was an estimate." She also said that "it's not her problem" and "employees are busy in the morning doing things from the night before and I should understand that." She also told me what time it was and then said, "I don't see how waiting an extra 19 minutes is that big of a deal. Remember the 30 minute rule for next time." I then contacted live chat again and the only thing they offered to do was cancel. Doesn't uhaul promise $50 if your order isn't ready? And I spoke with not one, but two horribly rude and unprofessional people. Sad. The 30 minute wait wouldn't have been an issue at all had they not treated me like an inconvenience. This will be the last time I rent from uhaul. read more
