What caught my attention in the first place was that online they had some sale prices of $79 a…read moremonth. So I snagged that on the 10x20 with climate control. However, when I arrived, I was told that oh your reservation just expired and we can't see anything that comes anywhere close to that price. So then they set me up with the unit for 111 a month. Now I had been unit shopping and had a unit across town and had ended up bailing out of that contract to come to this one because of the difference in price. So that was a pretty effective bait and switch? When I actually arrived to put my things in the storage unit, I had checked in in person I had gotten the gate code sent to me. However, there is a lock ex handle on the door of the unit. I spent over 25 minutes trying to make phone calls with movers costing $150 an hour waiting by. Apparently nobody knew even what kind of lock there was on the door. There was hard to get them to understand that there is actually a handle like you would find on any sort of door and not the slidey thing that you put your cylindrical lock into. Being unsuccessful in getting anyone's attention or any way to access my unit, I had to call U-Haul crosstown and get two, 10x10 units which each cost $139 a month. So I'm more than doubled my expense for storage and remember I'm paying $150 an hour with movers standing by and I've now got to pay them to go all the way across town and get checked in at another facility. If best box had any inclination towards his customers at all it would pay me back the expenses of getting checked in which are more than what they advertise. And really they probably owe me some money for having movers standing around for an hour and for having to last minute switch to a unit that cost twice as much because they failed to allow me access to unit I had rented.

Trusting a place to protect your valuables can be stressful. These folks have a gorgeous, clean and well run facility which is heated and can even accept a package for you. Very highly recommend.

Ive never been treated as poorly dealing with a business. Dont be even 1 day late on your payment ever. Instead of asking if there was a mishap, mixup in mail ect. He will leave u nasty voicemails, insult u on the phone and put a note on your bill that will leave u in shock a human, let alone an individual could pride themselves on how they speak to others. I would avoid this place at all costs!
