Erik…read moreand Jake responded promptly to my request to charge the A/C, replace the battery and solve the check engine light issue in my 2008 Mustang. The work was completed quickly after I approved the costs via a phone call from Erik. I picked up my car and drove to the grocery store whereupon the check engine light came back on when I left, so I immediately returned to Tire Rama. Right away Jake had the car back in the shop and the mechanic looked for the code to no avail. Erik had gone for the day, and I agreed to schedule a return appointment. I was prepared for having to spend more money, but within just a few hours Erik called to say they had replaced the aftermarket O2 sensor from Napa with the more expensive sensor from Ford and after test driving, was confident the problem was resolved and there would be no charge. I am very pleased to have my Mustang running smoothly again and grateful for the excellent service from the crew at Tire Rama. I'll be returning to Erik at Tire Rama on Grand for all my automotive needs.

They listened and then offered a free curtesy inspection. Your guys treated her like I would want my elderly mother treated. Told her about the free ice cream and coffee available in the A/C. She calmed down right away and showed remorse and said she was sorry for how upset she was. I watched them wash her windows, vacuum the inside or the car and check anything and everything they could. Last summer, while washing my truck, a metal pole fell on the top, leaving a dent that cannot be seen unless standing in the box. Rather than hiding or ignoring it, the team immediately reported it to me. I told them, "who cares; it's unseen and doesn't matter". They were so concerned about making it right by me. Impressive. Besides the efficiency and competence, careful attention to detail and doing everything right, I appreciate the redundancy this team practices to confirm the accuracy of their performance. I think I hit a construction cone in the middle of the road n it busted my valve stem off, which made my tire go completely flat in like 5 seconds. 100 to 0 real quick. Middle of fucking no where, surprised I had cell service. So luckily I got in touch w shane, who is my hero right now. Really nice guy, at least he was willing to come n see if he cld help. (Had to let a cuss word fly after that). Their remedy - this is covered by your warranty - but the dealership does not cover damage caused by personnel at a car wash! Particularly when the automatic car wash was not at fault, it was 100% the pre-wash sprayer guy who lifted the decal. Their staff need better training, you cannot put a pressure washer 2 inches away from a car! Not brilliant service at all. :(((

On 4/7 I paid 33.66 for the nicest car wash with the tire shine. I made it through my vacuuming and drying and noticed no tire shine. I had an appointment across town I needed to get to, so thought "the management should honor this next time if I told them. " On 4/27 at 4:30 I came for another car Wash and told the "manager" what had happened. He explained they had problems with the tire shine and asked, "do you want tire shine" and I said yes if you don't charge me this time. I looked at the receipt and he had charged me the $2 for the tire shine. I told him I thought you were going to comp the tire shine- and he said " no- I should have dealt with it when I had the problem. " I asked to speak to the manager/ he said he was the manager. he wouldn't budge on the $2. I told him that he could refund my wash as I would not come back, nor would my husband, mother and anyone else if your customer service is that poor. Really?? losing customers over $2. glad there are now lots of other choices in Billings for car washes.
