She told me the risks involved in the procedure, the time required, and the price. I gave her the keys and in thirty minutes it was done. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my windshield repaired with them through insurance and played a stupid game of phone tag that included a 3way with my insurance for about a month but in the end its done and looks good and I appreciate the extra touch with a mini water. *sarcasm* Its the very least after waiting. Im a little bitter because I feel put out and find it weird that twice my windshield came in defective and had to wait this long. Maybe it really was defective but after my claim got lost and had to jump through hoops its hard to belive that nonsense. Last summer, while washing my truck, a metal pole fell on the top, leaving a dent that cannot be seen unless standing in the box. Rather than hiding or ignoring it, the team immediately reported it to me. I told them, "who cares; it's unseen and doesn't matter". They were so concerned about making it right by me. Impressive. Besides the efficiency and competence, careful attention to detail and doing everything right, I appreciate the redundancy this team practices to confirm the accuracy of their performance. My very favorite part of all is the diversity of the team here. Gender and race. LOVE it. The teamwork they display together speaks volumes for the management of this location. When I went in, the cost Safelite told me was over $100 greater than the cash quote I got, and since both were under my deductible I was paying 100% out of pocket either way. They changed the job over to the much cheaper cash quote for me, did the work in about an hour and 45 minutes, cleaned all the windows, and vacuumed the front carpets. Make sure you check the difference between cash and insurance quotes! The windshield was not OEM, but it was made by the same company that provides OEM windshields to both Audi and Mercedes.

Jamie met me at a convenient location, offered me an outstanding rate, and did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. I spoke at length with him during the installation and while he has only been in business independently for a few months, he has plenty of experience from the previous shop he worked at. He does the work out of his personal vehicle, but that doesn't affect the quality! He's just getting started, and by keeping overhead costs down, he can offer you better savings. Don't let the lack of Yelp reviews be a deterrent, Jamie does an awesome job, will work with you on fair pricing, and guarantees his work for 6 months. As long as I'm in Billings, I won't call anyone else for my auto glass needs. This is a good man that deserves your business. Please message him for a quote. You won't be disappointed.
