I had a great experience getting my windshield replaced on my Audi Q7. I had originally received a…read morequote to pay with cash from the Safelite website, but then I called my insurance and they set up the appointment for me. When I went in, the cost Safelite told me was over $100 greater than the cash quote I got, and since both were under my deductible I was paying 100% out of pocket either way. They changed the job over to the much cheaper cash quote for me, did the work in about an hour and 45 minutes, cleaned all the windows, and vacuumed the front carpets. Make sure you check the difference between cash and insurance quotes! The windshield was not OEM, but it was made by the same company that provides OEM windshields to both Audi and Mercedes.

He said that they guarantee their work. He said that they would pay $60 on new windshield if it cracks. It didn't take long until it cracked. I had Safelite put in a new windshield for me and then they didn't give me the $60 that he guaranteed if windshield repair cracked. Don't do business with this company as they are very crooked and don't fix shit right. I am missing a cover for my driver's side wiper arm that they broke and is missing. I thought I would give them a second chance but will be done doing business with them for life.

This review is an update to my last review on 11/20/21. On my wife had her oil changed in september…read moreof last year. In October of last year I noticed oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located. I jacked up vehicle , inspected oil filter area and oil filter was on tight and I could find no obvious signs of oil leaking. However there was alot of oil that coated my skid plate both front and back. I changed the oil on 1/16/22. I use an extractor to remove my oil . After removing oil I notice the extractor showed between 6 and 8 quarts and the correct oil capacity is 5 3/8 quarts with the oil filter . This was overfilled and damages the engine ! I also noticed how black the oil was. I change my own oil and used Master lube back in september because I was busy at the time. The only reason the oil was this dirty and overfilled is masterlube did not completely remove the old oil and then topped it off with adding 2 quarts of new oil. The overfilling of oil probably had something to do with oil spillage on the driveway. After my oil change of 1/16/22 there has been no signs oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS STORE ON MAIN STREET IN THE HEIGHTS. BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR OIL DIPSTICK FOR QUANTITY AND COLOR OF OIL AFTER USING MASTERLUBE IN THE HEIGHTS OR AFTER ANY OIL CHANGE THAT SOME OTHER BUSINESS PERFORMS. ATTACHED ARE TWO PICS OF THE COLOR OF THE OIL I REMOVED DURING MY OIL CHANGE ON 1/16/22. MY WIFE ONLY PUTS 5 MILES / DAY ON HER XTERRA AND THE AIR FILTER WAS CHANGED 6 MONTH AGO.

I did submit photos of the vehicle prior to my appointment, and when I got to Mars Larry had reviewed the photos and suggested that I only tint the front windows as the others had factory tint. They were friendly and more than happy to tint the windows that needed tinting to match the others. When I picked up my crossover I was beyond impressed!
