Could have been a bad experience, but the owner made it right! Set up an appointment to get my windows tinted. When I arrived, I was told it would be about three hours. Came back in three hours, car not even close to done. The gentleman working on my car was very professional and informed me he was working by himself as two coworkers were both late. He said it would be another 90 minutes. Came back in two hours, no progress on the car. I asked if I could just pick up my car and come back a different day. I was told the car would be done in 20 minutes. I haven't mentioned yet that I was on foot while they had my car, so was about done walking around the neighborhood. Came back in 45 minutes, and the car was done. It looks amazing. The owner gave me a break on the price, and I am very happy with the results. Tinted has always went above and beyond my expectations when I've gotten my windows tinted. They treat you like a person not like someone who is just making the company money, they've cleaned out my vehicles vacuumed on a couple occasions have worked on my yellowed headlight bringing them back to clear condition. The environment there is great sofa and tv for us to use while waiting I'll always refer this company to anyone wanting great customer service. The In house warranty is hands down the best goes beyond Llumars warranty. They will retint if the tint gets scratched , your window gets broke and replaced they will retint it as well. I've had at least 4 vehicles done at tinted. My daughter was going threw Chemo treatments and needed darker windows not only did they accommodate they did it for free, she's beaten cancer FYI. I dropped in with no appointment. They shifted the schedule to accommodate me and in about an hour they tinted all the windows and sunroof of my crew cab. The only bad thing is I rushed to eat the sandwich they brought and I couldn't finish my movie on the leather couch with surround sound in the lobby. Amazing crew and great quality! read more

We can't be more pleased with the amazing job they did to our windows.
