Working with them started out smoothly, but then when it came to appointment time things started…read moregoing downhill. First the system they use cancels the appointment, call to make sure that was the case. Person who answered said system is messing up and appointment is still on. Day of appointment ,first received a message saying appointment is canceled then received another within 30 minutes with an appointment reminder. Tried calling to confirm, no answer, drive all the way into Billings from (PC) hoping it was the system glitching again to find a locked shop. Yes, the hours state closed Saturday and Sunday but the person who took the appointment said he would make an exception due to it being a birthday present to my son... Being a business owner myself, it's better to just say "no" then to do this nonsense. Thanks for wasting my time.

Went in to Econo Glass last week to get some glass cut for a table I had. The size was 46" by 22"…read morepicked it up brought it home and it didn't fit. Went back with the glass and table yesterday to get a new piece. I was told that with glass you need to cut it about an 1/8 or an inch shorter so my measurements weren't wrong.... the guy said that he would have to cut a new piece since the couldn't trim off the 1/8 of an inch and he would take the old one saying he'd give me $20 credit towards it. I went in and paid for the new piece and I noticed the price was just about the same. Even with the discount. It apparently way a 25% discount not $20 off I guess I won't take someone's word again. I paid $41.20 for the new piece when I paid $45 for the original... I guess it's safe to say I'm never coming back.. If you look at the picture attached you can see how the owner responds to my Facebook review. What person would be little customers that way??

I had to fight tooth and nail to get my windshield repaired with them through insurance and played a stupid game of phone tag that included a 3way with my insurance for about a month but in the end its done and looks good and I appreciate the extra touch with a mini water. *sarcasm* Its the very least after waiting. Im a little bitter because I feel put out and find it weird that twice my windshield came in defective and had to wait this long. Maybe it really was defective but after my claim got lost and had to jump through hoops its hard to belive that nonsense. The note in my car doesnt match the actual vibe in the shop but its good for appearance. Probably thr nicest waiting room for a glass shop. Support local I suppose ‍. He ended up going back there to get his water mug and the manager walked up to him saying 'can I help you' in a defensive tone. Noticing the trim on his car was messed up too, my friend mentioned it. Then the manager said 'I don't want to talk to you'. A vehicle tech chimed in and said he'd try to fix it. The way the manager treated my friend was uncalled for. You can't treat customers that way or you won't have any. We aren't using speedy glass again.
