That is me having to take time off work drive 90 miles round trip and eat all the expenses because the job was not done correctly the first time I have pictures and they unchanged my wife to a 120 oil change when it should have been 59. The gal working on my vehicle took really good care and apologized multiple times, making me feel important even though there was intensity all around and law enforcement was even summoned to the business. I started this venture at Les Schwab in the area. Let's just say I'll never go to another Les Schwab again. Then I wound up at Costco. They were incredible, but they weren't able to do what needed to be done. They suggested I come over here. The staff here was incredibly kind and friendly. They took me in almost right away! The service delivered was impeccable. And the people here really know what they're doing. Add to that a tremendous selection both new and used products available. This business is absolutely outstanding. then, while , there are very comfortable all over the place in which to sit. Normally when you go to one that looks like it's attached to a gas station if they do anything extra to your car, it's a cursory kind of swipe at it with a sponge broom. But not here- the attendants literally washed the car. There was foam guns and a pressure washer and I think my car would've been clean enough for me with just his help even without the rest of the car wash system. 10 out of 10 or actually I guess 5 out of 5 would 100% comeback.

This review is an update to my last review on 11/20/21. On my wife had her oil changed in september…read moreof last year. In October of last year I noticed oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located. I jacked up vehicle , inspected oil filter area and oil filter was on tight and I could find no obvious signs of oil leaking. However there was alot of oil that coated my skid plate both front and back. I changed the oil on 1/16/22. I use an extractor to remove my oil . After removing oil I notice the extractor showed between 6 and 8 quarts and the correct oil capacity is 5 3/8 quarts with the oil filter . This was overfilled and damages the engine ! I also noticed how black the oil was. I change my own oil and used Master lube back in september because I was busy at the time. The only reason the oil was this dirty and overfilled is masterlube did not completely remove the old oil and then topped it off with adding 2 quarts of new oil. The overfilling of oil probably had something to do with oil spillage on the driveway. After my oil change of 1/16/22 there has been no signs oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS STORE ON MAIN STREET IN THE HEIGHTS. BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR OIL DIPSTICK FOR QUANTITY AND COLOR OF OIL AFTER USING MASTERLUBE IN THE HEIGHTS OR AFTER ANY OIL CHANGE THAT SOME OTHER BUSINESS PERFORMS. ATTACHED ARE TWO PICS OF THE COLOR OF THE OIL I REMOVED DURING MY OIL CHANGE ON 1/16/22. MY WIFE ONLY PUTS 5 MILES / DAY ON HER XTERRA AND THE AIR FILTER WAS CHANGED 6 MONTH AGO.
