Beyond question the best locksmith service in the valley by far. I had a very bad experience with a company that refused to complete the job. It was an emergency so I while locked out of my home I did not have the time to consider the best company. I just called the first one that my search showed up, ending in a $705.00 charge for something that should of cost no more than $250.00. I called Silverstate Locksmith to repair/replace my pool gate lock. In 2022, I had a custom metal pool gate installed on the side of my house. The company that built the gate did a great job, but the lock they installed was cheap and broke in less than one year. Cameron from Silverstate came to my house the very day I called the company for a quote. He explained to me why the lock was broken and gave me some options to replace the lock. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive, but wanted me to clear on my options. With my approval, Cameron ordered the new lock and within a few days, he returned to replace the lock. We had a problem with our front door deadbolt lock, it would get stuck and not open. We called Silverstate and made an appointment for the next day, they would have came that day but we decided the next morning would be better. Cameron was our locksmith he came right on time, and figured out the problem right away. It wasn't the lock it was where the lock hits and he changed that with much longer screws and drilling a better space for the deadbolt to hit in. Job done in about a half hour.
