Silverstate Locksmith is second to none. Very attentive and accommodating. The quality of service I received is something that is missing from today's standard. I highly recommend them. I value my time very much. I was in and out in no time. Can't say enough. Check them out! read more

Very friendly hard worker! He was very patient especially when the first set of parts were wrong. Excellent job!

I must've called 20+ "24/7" locksmiths and they were the only to respond. Mike was so kind and communicative. He was done in 10 minutes. Very great customer service and quality work. Thanks Mike! read more

Dylan from Silverstate is an excellent technician. He fixed my door issue in a prompt and professional manner. Moreover this vendor's pricing is far more competitive than other similar suppliers. Thus the firm, and it's employees, have my strongest possible endorsement. read more

Silverstate Locksmith promptly scheduled a Monday morning appointment, but was unfortunately delayed. However, upon arrival the technician examined the door/lock and explained the handle/lock required a "code" or sequence to operate the lock. Upon demonstrating the sequencing code the lock and key worked as it had been designed. The charge for the service provided was limited to a service call, which was reduced due the delayed arrival. Totally worth the money and recommend Silverstate Locksmith for your future needs. read more

Quick and reliable! I was locked out of my house at midnight, after a long roadtrip with my child. Highly recommend this locksmith service. Thank you, Mike! read more

Locked my keys in the car and contacted several locksmith's through Yelp. Not only were Silverstate Locksmiths quick to answer, they charged me much less than the other companies and were there within the hour! Cameron was great with communicating with me as I waited. He was pleasant, quick and efficient! This is the second time I've used Silverstate Locksmiths this month (the other time due to a car burglary and they had to change the locks) and I will not go anywhere else. Value, efficiency, promptness and customer service is why Silverstate Locksmith has five stars! read more

I needed to get a few locks in my house changed asap. I messaged Silverstate Locksmith on a Saturday morning and they were able to setup an appointment for that same day. Camron was on time for our appointment, was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He was also very helpful in explaining all the upgrades in security that the company offers. I highly recommend using Silverstate Locksmith. Their services and ability to help you out when you are in a bind are very valuable. read more

Silverstate Locksmith set me up with a new key fob for my car after my old one broke many months ago. Scheduling the work was easy thanks to how quickly they responded via Yelp. Once they began working, they discovered my ignition had unexpected wear and tear, so they had to call in help from their Automotive Locksmith to dig deeper into the ignition. The work ended up taking longer than expected, but a few hours later my new key fobs were rocking and rolling. Their team even called me afterwards to make sure everything was good to go. That extra communication is a nice touch. Later that evening, I drove my car and noticed a new grinding sound when turning the steering wheel. It's a very slight plastic bumping/grinding sound when the steering wheel is turned at a certain angle. It's a minor cosmetic issue that doesn't affect the function of my car, but it was clearly related to the ignition work. As soon as I noticed that noise, I called and left a message with the Automotive Locksmith and asked him to please call me back. That was weeks ago and I have not heard from him. The noise is very minor and I have learned to live with it; at this point I'm not sure it's worth the hassle of scheduling follow-up work. But I am disappointed the Locksmith didn't call me back. Because the rest of the Silverstate team was responsive and helpful and I think my situation is unique, I still recommend Silverstate for routine needs like lockouts. But I wish the Locksmith didn't leave me hanging. read more

I returned from a 2 month deployment to find that my wall safe's batteries had expired. Of course, I have no idea where the backup key is, so I called Silverstate Locksmith. I was able to set up an appointment for the following morning. Ezra showed up right on time and addressed the situation. He was able to get the safe open in about 2 mins, and his flat rate was very fair. Great service and I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Having keys made should not be an odyssey. But spoiler: It absolutely was. After going to Lowes and Home Depot to have keys made for my business and none of them fitting in the lock, I opted to go to a Brick-and-Mortar on my lunch break to get some keys made. What a fiasco. The first place had a voice mail that just said, "Leave a message!" The second didn't have an actual location in the plaza that it said and when I called for assistance to locate the establishment, no one picked up the phone. The third... whoo, boy. Valley View and Trop area - just.. no. Sketchy, was lied to on the phone. But after money and time wasted, I hopped on Yelp and having seen all the reviews on here I reached out via the Yelp app and received a response from the owner Ezra. He asked for photos and sent him a few. He explained why the key machines at Lowes and Home Depot were struggling and offered for someone to come to me the next day. He sent a worker who did a great job. He first made a key to test to ensure that they could even do the job and then finding success made copies for me. He tested them all first, and then had me test them as well. There was a fee for them to come out but the extremely reasonable cost per key offset that and I was satisfied. Why run around looking for a key smith when they'll come to you? Thank you, Silverstate Locksmith! read more

Thank you to Cameron for showing up fast and doing a great job! We did both lock installation and rekey

Everything! Ezra is an Angel. He is the most genuine, loving, compassionate person. Silverstate, you've got a customer for life. I needed a locksmith for a residential lockout. I called 3 locksmiths from Yelp. One of them was at the too of the rating list. Silverstate was the only folks to call back. They answered the phone immediately, responded on time after finishing a call they were already on and charged a fair price. I needed extra keys the next day and they came right out a took care of me. They have work cards from the LVMPD, are friendly and knowledgeable. I'd call them again. read more

Mike was very kind and helpful. He explained everything and told me to return the locks I purchased from Amazon because he could just rekey the locks and save me money. He sent Mark who was also very kind and polite and worked very efficiently and finished all 8 locks very quickly! I am grateful for their kindness, as well as the quick service! The team responded quickly with total costs upfront, and the locksmith arrived in less than 20 minutes. Great service!

I was out of town, and the fear was that one of the cats was locked in a bedroom in my apartment, no access to food or water. Turned out not to be the case, but anyway, we couldn't make it back fast enough to take care of this worry, too far. So, from another state, we called SilverState locksmith, and Ezra took the call. We also got a hold of a family member. After giving Ezra identity info, he had me take a picture of the key, and then he proceeded to copy the key, and gave it to the family member to open the apartment to check on the cats. It was absolutely amazing and quick. We had no options we thought, but Ezra and SilverState came to the rescue. Oh, and this was all with super bad service as we were at that time, traveling through mountains. So Ezra and team were exceptional. Thanks you. :) And the price was very reasonable too. All in all, it was full on success. read more
