It's currently 12am. I had called 5 different locksmith locations before this one. All claimed to be 24hr, but had a limited amount of techs in my area, if any. They would answer the phone and say their techs would call me, which left me in an uncertain position about when I'll be able to get my car. When I called this company night and day. They answered right away and told me they had a flat fee. Which I was grateful for when I'm weighing my options. The person who answered was the tech, so he told me the fee and eta. I was grateful that he was upfront about all the details and it made it incredibly easy to say yes to their service. So long story short I was locked out of my house. I just finished a double shift and needed to go to bed. There was two options, to either break into my own house or call a locksmith. Checked on Yelp and these was the first business with good ratings to come up. Called them up and came with 30 minutes. I forgot his name but he came over and opened one of my doors within 5 min. These guys may be the best locksmiths in Vegas, but I will never know. I made an appointment a week in advance to have a locksmith come over and make a key for me (they currently don't have an office I can visit). Two hours after the appointment time I've had to call twice since there was no communication from them as to that the tech was running late and why (when I called the first time I got the "tech will be there in 45 minutes line" - he didn't show up in 45 minutes). I get that things happen and that a tech may be running behind, but then the company needs to keep the customer informed as to what's happening. The customer shouldn't have to keep calling. So goodbye Locksmith Solutions. Thanks for holding up my day's other tasks due to your bad communication and customer service skills. Got a reply from Locksmith Solutions in a vain attempt to get me to pull the one-star reviwe and it's BS. They say some other company is using their name and then giving bad service. Unfortunately, our smart lock decided to suddenly not work after my husband and I came home late after a long night. We also had our puppy waiting inside for us. We called other "24/7" locksmiths with no answer. We got one locksmith who said they would be calling after their current job order but was non-responsive after. After 2 hours of waiting, (and just expecting we'd have to wait until most places open at 8am) we tried calling Locksmith Solutions at nearly 5:45am. I scheduled an appointment. They said they could send someone out the same day. I said I was home and was available any time. No one ever showed up. No one ever called to say they were not coming. No one called the next day to apologize or explain and reschedule. Two days later I finally called them and cancelled. I said I'll find another company who will actually show up. I had planned on giving them a lot more business than this initial request but if they can't handle a simple house call they can't handle anything more than that. They are being dishonest about another company stealing their clients because I contacted them via Yelp and the phone # on Yelp. They are getting more shady by the minute. My daughter accidentally locked her keys in her car while picking up her sister at school. Called for a locksmith, guy showed up unlocked the car and then charged her 450.00 dollars. When my daughter explained what happen, I was flabbergasted, and immediately called and tried to get a quote for the job that had just been done. When the technician called I gave my daughters car info and where it had been parked. Technician quoted me 120.00, then when I said I wanted to call another company to compare prices, technician got rude via text, and then offered to do the job for 85.00. This company very apparently is subcontracting out their business and allowing their contractors to ripoff innocent young women.
