This review is just on customer service as I haven't had anyone come out yet. I called tonight to inquire about having a lock installation done. The man that answered was seriously the most knowledgeable and generous person I've talked to in customer service. He walked me through the process, gave me a quote, helped me locate good brands and even told me about locks made in China vs US (how certain keys can't be made locally). Locked myself out of a rental car (keys in trunk). After waiting 2 hours for another vendor, I tried them out of desperation. The locksmith came out in his van in half an hour and quickly unlocked the car which set off the alarm but he was able to use the trunk release lever to open the trunk and get the keys. read more
