This review is just on customer service as I haven't had anyone come out yet. I called tonight to inquire about having a lock installation done. The man that answered was seriously the most knowledgeable and generous person I've talked to in customer service. He walked me through the process, gave me a quote, helped me locate good brands and even told me about locks made in China vs US (how certain keys can't be made locally). Locked myself out of a rental car (keys in trunk). After waiting 2 hours for another vendor, I tried them out of desperation.
