You can always expect fast and friendly service at this location. They've been around forever and continue to go strong. The favorite place to go for people and the Nabnasset residential area. Food is good and pizza is decent. Delivery available. read more

Great food! They even got gluten free rolls for me!! One of the best garden salads with grilled chicken I've had anywhere.

John and his Dad have been making Greek style pizza since before it was a thing. So glad to have yoy still turning out the pies

Have gotten takeout and delivery many times No problems ever. Good food 2 value. Friendly peeps. read more

Don't know what kind of meat they used in the meatball sub, but it wasn't Hamburg. Unidentifiable stringy junk in it, maybe chicken grizzle. Absolutely gross. The French fries weren't bad till I got a few off the top then it was all small little scraps, are you kidding me. They won't even give you a napkin unless you ask. No excuse for that. They can't fail fast enough, we deserve better. read more

We have been coming to this restaurant since the day we bought our home in Nab in 1999. John and Emily are awesome. The menu has something for everyone and the pizza is cheesy with a perfect airy crust. I love the Cajun French fries and Greek Salads... read more

This is a pretty typical neighborhood place. They serve the standard fare: pizza, subs, salads, etc. They do have seafood which is nice for you crazy people that like that stuff! The pizza is Greek style which I am usually not a fan of, but I really like theirs. They have a pretty decent list of toppings ranging from Hawaiian to BBQ Chicken. The subs have always been top-notch, with the steak and cheese being my favorite. They have great service. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes after calling in, even when picking up during dinner time. They also seem to have a fleet of delivery cars. I feel like I see them everywhere! I have yet to use the free delivery cause I prefer pickup. The prices are on the cheaper side, which is always nice! Great little place! read more

Silver Palate Pizza - a sign for a restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Westford, Massachusetts

I have been a long time customer of your store. Always chatting with your employees, laughing and having a fun time when I go in, and that is frequently. On Oct., 31st around 5:00 pm I called to place an order for delivery. I have just had major achilles surgery and can not get up and down my front stairs. I started to explain to the woman on the phone that I'D like to ask a favor. That when the driver arrives, if he could come through the door and go to the top of the stairs. It would be no different than If he came to anyone else's door to deliver. No safety issue for the driver.. She immediately became rude and said I can't tell the driver to come into the house. Again, I tried to explain that it would be no different than anyone else's front door, except that the driver would need to go up the stairs, and again she got rude, defensive and raising her voice to me. I finally told her to cancel the order. Just want you to know, this is the last time I will ever frequent your establishment. And I've spend a lot of money over the past 6 years I've been coming to your store. This is the store on Brookside Rd, in Westford. In todays day of the pandemic I certainly understand the issues of safety. As I said and tried to explain, it would have been no different than The driver ringing the doorbell at anyone else's home and I'd be in a mask.. Even when I've been in the store, prior to, and even during the pandemic to pick up my food, I hear her, and the way she talks to other customers. I don't know if any other patrons feel the same way, or if your store has even lost customers because of her "ATTITUDE", but she needs lessons in the way to talk to people. We don't need you, you need us and our business. I thank you for the great foot I've enjoyed over the years, but with the attitude of the woman, (I think she may be a member of the family) I can not and will not ever spend another cent of my hard earned money in your place All your employees know me, if you ask, tell them it's the golf guy, fried seafood dinners, large greek salads with "blue cheese dressing, ( that will be a trigger I'm sure) as we laugh about it.. So again, thank you for your service and good food, but unfortunately for you and me, I just can't ever frequent your restaurant. As a side note, I called your competitor Zesty's whom I also frequent a lot, being a single guy and live alone, I eat out almost 7 days a week, they had no issue with fulfilling my request. read more

Nice people, good prices, decent pizza. Check it out - there was lots of take away business, local/regulars when we were there. read more

Great prices! $5.50 for a small pizza! $8.75 for a large salad with grilled chicken big enough to feed two! With the increase in prices and decline of quality over at The Willows, we will definitely order from Silver Palate again soon. Delivery was quick and the food was hot. read more

Silver Palate Pizza - Small cheese Greek style pizza. It was pretty standard. Good. I'd definitely order again. - Pizza Near Me - Westford, Massachusetts

Place used to be great and now I'm not impressed. I walked in today and it was like a whole different place. When I walked in The girl was wiping the counters down with a cloth. She took my money then proceeds to scratch her neck and opens the drawer and pulls out 2 burger patties with her bare hands then my burger buns after touching the raw meat, money, a dirty cloth and scratches her neck. Stay away unless you want to get sick. read more

Good but certainly not exceptional. I have been ordered from Silver Palate occasionally when other places have been busy and I usually expect what I am getting. The pizza is the saving grace. Stay away from the salads. Mostly friendly staff. read more

We have lived in Westford for over 20 years, and have eaten at the Palate at least once a week. The food has always been fresh, and hot. The staff is friendly, courteous, and will go out of their way to help make your dining experience one to remember. read more

We have lived in Westford since 1996 and have tried the Silver Palate several times and regret it almost everytime. This latest attempt was 2 cheesesteak subs and some fries. AN HOUR LATER the food was delivered. The subs were minimally filled with grissley beef and some cheese. The fries were over done and all the food was cold. On other occasions we have ordered their pizza and if you like REAL pizza, this is not the place. Add to the the rude staff, and all I can is STAY AWAY! read more

Best pizza around. Prompt delivery. Deducting one star for not taking credit cards!

Silver Palate is just 'okay' , not a great pizza place to go to. They do have a pretty decent pita pizza. The rest is pretty standard sub shop fare. One really annoying thing about this place is customer service. If they mess up your order, they will not accept responsibility. They challenge you, deny any wrong doing, and will not apologize. That alone usually keeps me away. How hard is it to just say "I'm sorry" , when they were clearly at fault? Apparently, too hard. Meh. read more

Best pizza in westford at a great price with great delivery

Grew up in Westford eating Silver Palate. Since moved to the south where good pizza is an anomaly. Everytime I return to visit family in the area, I make my pilgrimage to Silver Palate to remember what a good pie tastes like. Thanks for keeping it real and staying consistent through the years! read more

Prices are cheapest around and food is good. The steak and cheese sub practically melts in your mouth. Fish is always fresh and pizza is Greek style. Definitely best place in the area. read more

I'm not a Greek-style pizza nut, but theirs is pretty good. The gluten-free pizza--the reason we tried the place--is good and comes on the separate tray they use to cook it (so you know they don't cook it on the same surface). The prices are good. It's a cash-only business, but if they took credit cards they'd have higher prices and I'd be complaining about those instead. They don't indicate in-store or on their website that it's cash-only (though I guess the ATM inside should be a sign), so that's my one complaint. It's important to have a neighborhood pizza place where everyone in the family can eat, so this place fits the bill. read more

Been coming here for well over a decade.. love the guys, love the food, love that nothing has changed since I was a kid. I've lived in several towns/states and I still get excited to come home and order a palate steak bomb, I've never found one comparable. AND it's the only Greek pizza I've ever been a big fan of. Cajun fries are a go too!! read more

I grab lunch here all the time. The quality of the food is good and selection is great. Their pizza is pretty good as well.

As a hungry 18 year old, I have eaten at many pizza places, and I mean MANY. I have lived in westford my whole life, and had the Palate countless times. I've never had better pizza, nor subs anywhere else. With amazing prices, kind and humorous staff and great food, Silver Palate will always be my go to place. read more

Their delivery radius is a lot smaller than indicated on their website. I think they just do a small part of Chelmsford and Westford, and that's it. read more

We ordered from SP a few weeks ago. The pepperoni pie was fine - not great, not terrible. The BBQ chicken was exceptionally bad. It was obvious they put no effort into it. They simply chopped up a few unseasoned chicken tenders, threw them on a pizza and drizzled some BBQ over it. Plenty of better options in the area read more

Delicious pizza! Friendly staff. Good prices. Great local establishment. Love supporting local businesses.

Typical pizza place, the actualy restaurant is nothing spectacular. Lots of Westford teens hanging out. We always order deliver. food arrives fast and fresh. Pizza is excellent, eggplant sub is good, salads are lacking. But seriously it is a pizza place so I dont put much stock in the salad. Very reasonably prices and delicious pizza. read more

It appears that the quality of customer service and food depends on who is behind the counter. My wife and I had a very good fish and chips dinner and excellent customer service. I recommended the restaurant to my sister, and when she went for a take out got an attitude response from a "female server" (who claimed she has worked there for years). When my sister returned home found no cole slaw and the fish size was very small. Now I feel like an idiot for recommending the restaurant and for that reason, I will not be returning. A restaurant employee with an attitude just cost the restaurant the return of 3 families. read more

One thing I can tell you about this place is that none of the employees wear gloves, from all the times I've been there I have not seen anyone wear a glove. The owners are incredibly rude to their customers and employees. The food is average at best. I would the commend anywhere else to get food before I recommend Silver Palate. read more
