Establishment no longer offers ordering at the counter. You have to place your order on the kiosk, which malfunctions and is a nightmare. The employees don't acknowledge that you're at the counter to ask questions. NO customer service anymore. This place has gone to hell and it's sad! read more

We were not very impressed with this place and had a disappointing experience. We stopped in here on a Sunday evening right before 5pm. There were only two tables that were occupied so it was obvious they weren't busy. We walked in and stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, even though there were four employees right in front of us behind the counter who made eye contact with us. Someone finally walked over to take our order, but not without giving us attitude and making us feel like were inconveniencing him for being there. He handed us a handheld pager that would vibrate when our food was ready. We then sat down and waited. Our order was ready in about 10 minutes. I walked up to the counter and saw our order sitting on the counter inside with a sign that said your food would be given to you by an employee, due to social distancing and COVID-19 precautions. Numerous employees saw me standing there, including the first employee who took our order but nobody bothered to hand me our food or even give me a second look. Finally a female employee saw me standing there after she came out from the back and handed it to me. I told her I wasn't sure if I was supposed to grab it myself and she reiterated what the sign said and told me they had to do it. We ordered a large deep dish pizza and an order of breadsticks and marinara sauce. The pizza was okay, nothing even remotely spectacular. The breadsticks were warm and the marinara sauce was cold. The food was all edible but lacked flavor. The best part of our whole experience was the arcade that is part of the restaurant. The game prices were pretty cheap and the kids had fun. The guy who was at the ticket redemption booth was very friendly and helpful. All in all though, the experience as a whole was very poor and I would not recommend going here unless you don't mind rude, inconsiderate employees and tasteless food. read more

Absolutely fantastic! I used to live in a place with great round deep dish pizza options and I don't have any near me now. On my travels, I decided to stop here because it was near my hotel and I looked and saw they had deep dish and just had to get one. It didn't disappoint. Silver Bow is so great on some occasions. When you get a day/night with good, friendly staff, it's awesome. When the B squad is on, whew...it's pretty bad. It was so bad for a half a minute I don't think we came back for like 2 years or so. The games are super, super expensive. Be prepared for that. The games are still fun, but the prizes are AWFUL. Like worse ripoff ever (like spend $40 and walk out with a tootsie roll bad). The new remodel is beautiful, and they seemed to have upped their food game because the past few times it's been so delicious. The cheesy bread is delicious and their ranch is yummy. Big portions too--I am SO happy to pay extra for ranch when it's a full size ranch. Biggest advice would be try to go on an off type time (like 4pm on a weekday). read more

This pizza parlor/arcade restaurant used to be filled with soul. Years ago, there was a focus on entertainment, on style, and the arcade was a major focus. You look at it now, and it's a heartless shell of what it used to be. The casino is a cancerous tumor that has grown in size, taking over the area the arcade used to be in. Now the arcade was shrunk and forced to occupy a now nonexistent dining area. The arcade is now a basic, cash grabbing corporate arcade. The main dining area is now a cheap cafe. Now, all that aside, it is still a pizza parlor. The pizza is... ok... not as good though. I just miss the old Silver Bow Pizza Parlor. If kids could see what it used to be, then they would miss it too. read more

The Mexican taco pizza has some type of sauce not sure if there beans or meat in it but it is horrible there's not enough she's on it to even call it cheese and the little itty bitty bits of lettuce and tomato on it is it just extremely disappointing read more

My husband and I got the Hawaiian Pizza and breadsticks delivered to us, and they were both so good! As New Yorkers we have pretty specific pizza tastes and therefore tend to have low expectations when it comes to pizza delivery when traveling, but we both really enjoyed this pizza. We ordered a large pizza, and we have some leftovers. We both noticed that the pizza crust and breadsticks were crispy and we enjoyed that. Not terrible pizza but I wouldn't recommend the taco pizza. It's literally all lettuce. The meat pizza is pretty darn awesome though. They have the BEST, BIGGEST SALAD BAR. I would recommend coming here for that!! They also have a pizza buffet that's not too shabby. Guys it's sleepy little Butte, it's good enough. I hate to write a bad review but let me save you the time of an unhappy meal. We ordered to x large pizza to start off they had no flavor and seemed undercooked . We also ordered all 3 flavor of wings and they where extra salty and hard . I would like to say the cinnamon bites where as good as they look but they where very hard and burnt at the bottom, the service was awful they are very short staffed it took the two people that where working atleast 10min before they noticed us. Also when it came around to exchange the points for toys we where waiting for someone to come help us for about 15min and the restaurant was completely empty. read more

They have recently gone through renovations on the outside but the inside is very much filled with the old charm that brought us here in the first place. The locals claim it as a institution and for good reason. During busy times the wait can be a burden but the experience is worth it. In the back they have a Carousel!! A Carousel!!! Plus other parkour games to keep the little ones busy. And, and... FREE ice cream for kids. I mean c'mon!! They will do any flavor combo and are known for their thin crust (default). Prices are reasonable and the zza is decent. I was excited to go here for the first time but was very disappointed with my experience. We came after soaking at Fairmont around 7:30 on a Saturday night. The salad bar was pretty basic. We had two pizzas. On regular and one thin crust. It was obvious their toppings were frozen or canned. Very bland! I'd rather have little Cesar's take and bake. The arcade wasn't busy but was somewhat fun. It's easy to burn money there fast because almost every game is a dollar and there is no time to learn the game if you don't know how to play. Silver Bow Pizza Parlor offers low-key and economical dining. It's family-friendly, but also comfortable for those without kids in tow. The exterior is kitschy -- looks like an old saloon/gambling house. The interior is a bit dark, but it's comfortable. It's divided into two sections. The front section houses the salad bar and seating. The back section has much more seating, and also has games for the kids, plus a big carousel. If you don't like noise, it's best to sit in the front section. Also, the back section is closer to the attached casino, and as such, smells a bit like cigarette smoke. The pizza at Silver Bow is pretty tasty if you like thin crust pizza. It's hard to describe the crust -- it isn't exactly like NY-style -- a bit more flaky than that. But it's not "pastry like" (in the way that Pizza Hut's crust is). The pizza makers don't skimp on the cheese or toppings. If I remember correctly, the sauce is more on the tangy (than sweet) side. You can order pies with any number of toppings, and can eat it there or take it to go. They often run super specials on pizzas, and if you are in there at dinner time, you'll see folks getting several pies to go. The best deals, though, are the lunch and dinner buffets. When I went, both were the same price, about $5.95. For that price, you get a beverage (they offer Coke and Pepsi products); salad bar; and what I call "pizza plus" bar (a hot buffet with pizza, pasta dishes [ex. ravioli, spaghetti, lasagna -- these are only so-so. Overcooked and a bit bland], soup of the day, and dessert). You can also just get the salad bar by itself. It costs a bit less than getting the full-sized lunch or dinner buffet. The salad bar includes a nice selection of toppings (fresh veggies [even sprouts!], croutons, bacon pieces, sunflower seeds), plus some cold mayo-based salads (cole slaw, macaroni salad) and fresh fruit (whole pieces of real fruit. I had a nice, ripe pear when I ate there last). If nothing else, stop by to try the salad bar. It's cheaper than getting all of the ingredients at the grocery store. And you might even be tempted to order a pizza pie to go! read more

The lunch buffet and salad bar are all right, if you wanna pig out. Though the pizza, by itself, is not quite anything to go out of the way for. Toward the back of the building is the closest thing Butte has to Chuck E. Cheese (or any arcade, for that matter), though the arcade games are, to put it politely, "old school" and the Skee-Ball doesn't always work properly. Fun place to visit with the kids. All the adults really enjoyed the salad bar. I always love a place with a reasonable priced pizza and salad buffet. Silver bow was an awesome stop!! Not only was the pizza good (and pretty cheap with a great deal for two XL pizzas for something like $22), we experienced great hospitality from the staff. Was also called about an order because they were out of breadsticks, once again the person on the phone acted like it was a big nuisance to call and offer cheese sticks instead. Surprisingly very good gluten-free pizza! Other reviews said the kids had a great time. mine did not the machine kept taking their tokens for old machines it cost .50 a game for most. The kid running the arcade would not give them there tokens back. Until I stepped in. My husband said his pizza was really good and the price was right! The pizza is pretty good, the staff is friendly, the games are pretty dated as is the decor, but this place gets 4 stars from me because our family had a blast riding the retro carousel (free rides), and playing skee ball. The decor really is old and tattered, but somehow this added to the charm of the place. Walking into the place gives you the feel of jumping back in time 20-40 years maybe more. Good pizza, fun, and courteous staff make this a "diamond in the rough" type place. read more
