This place ALWAYS takes longer than the estimate when you order. Always! Sometimes an hour or more longer for delivery, at least 15-20 min extra for carry out (and there were only 3 carry out orders on the screen to be completed!). Pizza is ok, normal dominoes. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Domino's location today. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak pizza with specific modifications, but the pizza delivered was completely incorrect and did not match my order at all. I contacted the store hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the most concerning part was not the incorrect food -- mistakes happen. The issue was the way I was treated by the manager on duty. After waiting on hold, I was met with hostility instead of help. The manager interrupted me, accused me of trying to get free food, made inappropriate comments, refused to allow me to provide photos of the incorrect order, and ended the call by hanging up on me. When I called back to try to resolve the situation, the same thing happened again. I have submitted a formal complaint to Domino's corporate and the Better Business Bureau because customers should be treated respectfully when bringing forward a legitimate concern. I hope this location addresses the way customer complaints are handled moving forward. read more

Called to find out an ETA and was told that their door was frozen and they were not able to make any food. Was it all frozen an hour before? Did they just not take it out of the freezer at all on Saturday? Why didn't they call? If I hadn't called them, how long would I have had to wait? At that time I had two very hungry and crabby children on my hands, the girl hesitated when I told her that I need the money refunded to the card I had used so I could go somewhere else to buy them food. This is a sincerely aggravating thing and suffice to say I will use any other business locally before I even think about Domino's again. read more

Absolutely horrible. This past Saturday, my boyfriend and I ordered 2 chicken carbonara pastas, a chicken parmesan sub, and a cheesy bread. Everything came except for one of the pastas. My boyfriend called and told the employee that a pasta was missing, and the employee said that they would be on their way back with the other one. When we opened the pasta that we did get, it was the wrong one. It was just pasta with bacon. At this point, I called back and asked that they come with 2 chicken carbonara. The employee said yes, no problem. This was around 6:30PM. Around 10:00, my boyfriend gets an e-mail from Domino's saying, "Sorry we disappointed you. Here is a 20% off coupon". I ordered two small pizzas and the Cheddar Bacon Loaded Tots. Everything showed up in a reasonable time. Open the boxes. Almost no cheese on the tots and no sauce at all. This has happened before. i'm giving this a five star review because the pizza was delivered in 20 minutes. To our hotel room. They got the room number correct and the guy was really nice. I was expecting an hour wait and it just got here so quickly. My husband got the thin and crispy and he doesn't even like pizza and he raved about this. I got the hand tossed and it was very cheesy, it could've used more vegetables but the fact that it got there in 20 minutes made up for everything. If you're needing some food delivered I would go this route. read more

I had one of the worst drives of my life thanks to winter weather. Ten-hours from Rapid City, SD to Butte, MT. Checked in at the hotel, and due to New Year's Day and late jn the evening, ordered from Domino's, which I have never done before. My gluten-free pizza (alfredo and garlic sauce, beef, olives, and mushrooms), arrive hot, in less time than expected, and at less the cost. The delivery man was professional and sincere. This particular Domino's can be hit or miss - we have ordered from them frequently over the last 7 years because we really like their thin & crispy crust and hearty marinara sauce pizzas. We usually order the build your own style & like I said it can be frustratingly hit or miss. We always order extra sauce - sometimes we get it sometimes we don't. The amount of toppings can vary also; there have been quite a few times that we could count the pieces of a topping on one hand for a 14" large pizza. Their pasta dishes are always a disaster and the amount of meat, toppings & sauces on their sandwiches is so paltry that the overwhelming taste is of the bland bread. We hardly ever order the desserts anymore because they are always either overdone or underdone. Considering how often we order from them you'd think the percentage of successful orders would increase or that we'd finally just give up on them - neither has happened to our chagrin. It's almost like an abusive relationship and we're addicted to Domino's even though we know they're not good for us. Whatever we order is always fast & hot, the staff are always friendly and the place is clean. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the hometown joints like Vu Villa, Silver Bow, Treasure Chest Casino or Pizza Hut is always a good choice. read more

Just waited over an hour for cold pizza, and this isn't our first negative experience. In May we ordered a pizza some chicken and a sandwich the delivery driver arrived 45 minutes later with only the sandwich my wife being extremely passive paid the full amount and took said sandwich. When I realized what had happened I called the store and spoke to a very short and rude manager, who assured me that the rest of my order was on it's way along with a full refund. Another half hour passed before the driver returned with only the pizza no chicken and no refund. Once again I called and spoke to the same manager who apologized, rudely, took my information then assured me that my next order would be free. The following day I was driving by the store and decided to stop in and grab my free food, the manager acted like he had no idea what I was talking about (this was the very next day mind you) and rudely refused even my refund. I just gave them another shot out of desperation (hungry kids) and once again was extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this Dominoes if you 1. Like hot food and 2. If you like having a pleasant experience while paying for the privilege. read more

I like the new menu theyhave. sometimes you want delivery but everything is closed except domino's. a lot of times we don't want pizza. now there are other delicious choices instead of pizza, They are always prompt about there delivery too. Prompt delivery. Really nice delivery guy. Pizza was nice and hot and just like we ordered. Didn't have to ask for paper plates and napkins, just gave them to us. Online delivery was a breeze and they even help support St Jude hospital so I was able to donate at the end of check out. read more
