Eventually a girl opened the window we had pulled up to, and asked if we had placed our order. I tries not to sound too irritated when I told her that no one had even spoken to us until her. We placed our order for two burgers and two fries. We were there over 35 minutes from when we drove up to when we finally got our food. The burgers were okay, the order of fries was small. Really disappointing first impression. I'm not sure how we fell through the cracks like that. We probably won't go there again. If we ever do go back, we'll use the walk up window.

The history of the sandwich is why it's a Butte Original. The location on Harrison has changed since I lived here. 2020 didn't help. We still have had decent success at this Location in the dining room. The drive through I have not used since that 'one' time. Staff tonight are great and friendly. The cook was amusing me as he discussed his preferred way of having the orders translated. They do have their own techniques to say the least. I've posted a menu as it stands in October of 2024, and it clearly shows all that they have to offer if you aren't willing to try the Chop.
