It had great flavor and was easily enough to share with at least three people, depending on how hungry you are. Overall, another good visit. I contacted the store hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the most concerning part was not the incorrect food -- mistakes happen. The issue was the way I was treated by the manager on duty. After waiting on hold, I was met with hostility instead of help. The manager interrupted me, accused me of trying to get free food, made inappropriate comments, refused to allow me to provide photos of the incorrect order, and ended the call by hanging up on me. When I called back to try to resolve the situation, the same thing happened again. I have submitted a formal complaint to Domino's corporate and the Better Business Bureau because customers should be treated respectfully when bringing forward a legitimate concern. I hope this location addresses the way customer complaints are handled moving forward.
