I've been to Silva's many times and have always enjoyed the food, which is why today's experience was so disappointing. The employee taking my order was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. While I was trying to place my order, he never made eye contact, didn't seem interested in listening, and repeatedly cut me off. Before I could finish, he abruptly said, "Four regular plain cheese asada tacos, what else?" He then turned his attention entirely to my lady's order. When she tried to help clarify my order, he ignored her as well and turned away. Eventually, I told her to just leave it alone because it was clear he wasn't interested in listening to either of us. The food has always been good, but customer service matters too. I've never been treated this way at Silva's before, and the interaction left me frustrated, disappointed, and honestly questioning whether I'll return. read more

The food wasn't as good as I remembered. I might of overhyped it in my mind. Idk.... The flavor and the size meh... the price was good. But for me, my experience was meh.. read more

Silva's Taco Truck - Asada super burrito. - Food Trucks Near Me - Turlock, California

Turlock Taco Truck stalwart. Newer trucks have a bit more flavor, but it's a satisfying alternative when new trucks have long waits.

Best Burrito in town! Been coming here for years, customer service is great! Can't go wrong with the asada burrito supreme.

Excellent food and soso caring food was soso tasty poeple they were so friendly make the food Great

The food is so delicious.. customer service is amazing will definitely come back again read more

Silvas Taco Truck has been my go-to spot for over 10 years, and it continues to be the absolute best. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, whether it's tacos, burritos, or their amazing specials, everything hits the spot every single time. What really sets Silvas apart isn't just the food (though it's incredible), but the people. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and treat you like family. You can tell they care about what they do, and it shows in both the service and the food. There's a reason I've kept coming back for more than a decade and why I'll keep coming back for many more. If you haven't tried Silvas Taco Truck yet, you're missing out on one of the best food experiences around!!! read more

This used to be the only truck I'd go to, and it used to be a good deal. Went today after a few years of not trying any taco trucks. MAJOR disappointment! The size of their burrito supreme has gotten so small that it really takes two to get your fill, but at $10 a pop, that isn't feasible. Taste is still awesome, but size for the prize makes this a place I'll not frequent. read more

*critica en español después de ingles* English: I do not recommend this place based solely on the vibe of the employees and the fact that they would not sell me a soda for my nephew because it was under $10 for Apple Pay/ card. My friend paid for her $2 cheese on the side with card after they didn't charge her when she initially ordered it but they didn't make a big fuzz about that being under $10. The lady working there looked like she didn't want to be there which I get because it was cold but at least fake it, you are working in a position of customer service. I told a guy who handed me the 5 drinks I had to buy since it was a $10 limit "thank you" and he just gave me the blank stare a drunk does when they've been drinking. There's a reason why I stick with HIDALGUENSE taco trucks because they are not this weird and greet you like you're part of their team or something haha I should of took their side of the parking lot being empty as a sign but I was too impatient to wait in line so I will take my L. Never again.

This is my favorite taco place! Literally the best taco spot and the only one I can truly trust to have delicious food and get my order correct. I have been coming here for many years. Customer service is good, it's a chill quiet place during the week. read more

Never have gotten a piece of fat in my food here. That should say a lot because I've been going here for 10 years! Burritos always hit and I recently tried the flautas which were gas. Customer service is always great, which I know can get stressful when they have big lines, but they manage it well. read more

This place has gone down. Tonight ordered food was totally disgusting. Food was cold. Won't be coming back here again. Waiting 25 minutes for gross over salted food. read more

Love this taco truck, always a place i stop at when I am back in California. Food comes out quick and everything is always delicious!

When the guys are in there it's trash. When the girls there it's better. I really like their buritos when the girls is there. And the carnitas are good when she's there. Walk up if you don't see a girl don't eat there eat at Olivia's read more

They claim to be the best because they are! I've been eating at this taco truck for over 10 years. The meat is never fatty, always well seasoned and the salsa is perfect. Don't mess with perfect! I keep trying other taco trucks and they never measure up. If I had any complaints, it would be that it's so dang pricey now. We've had to cut down eating here with the whole family because it's just gotten to expensive for what it is. read more

Can I please have some limes? Tacos, burritos are what you expect from a taco truck and that is not a bad thing. Prices are fair, service is fast and friendly. Flavors will not disappoint. Their basics like: arroz, frijoles, asada, tacos, salsa are consistently delicious. No one flavor is overpowering. Tortillas taste homemade and are fresh. Kids love this place for their bean and cheese burritos and quesadillas. But, can I please have some limes and not lemons. Lemons just aren't the same. read more

I went today to get a torta after working and was super hungry, it was burnt black on the top the bread and the inside was dry there was no beans or rice the meat was flavorless and dry and there was only tomato one piece of avocado and they charged me for it still I should been remade one not handed burnt dry food very disappointed don't recommend read more

This is my second time having Silva's and the first time, I didn't really enjoy because their meat was too bland. I came last Saturday for a second round, and this time, it was delicious. The carne asada and cabeza meat was nicely salted and marinated better. Their tacos are much better! I ordered 6 tacos and they went a long way. I can now say, Silva's is a must eat taco truck when visiting Turlock. Their hot sauce is pretty spicy too which is a plus! I recommend getting a few small cups of it and pouring it on top of your food for more intense flavor. I am definitely coming back again! read more

The tacos are fine but is there a new cook preparing the carnitas?? The meat was sooooo salty! And what is going on with the reduction in size of the burrito supreme? Disappointing. read more

Decent place to get tacos here in the area. Ended up getting a regular carne Asada quesadilla here and it was cheap for around $3.50 but it was on the smaller side. The carne asada here was really different since it was grounded and not in steak cubes like what I'm used to. I tried some of my friends tacos and definitely preferred those over my dish. The al pastor was a little dry though. However the lengua, chile verde, and Cabeza were very tasty. read more

Went here and placed an order there was no more than 10 people waiting on food and i waited 30 min and then I ask them where are my tacos were and he repeated my order to me but got it wrong so I told him my correct order and the fact that they didn't even make the food already made me want my money back I used my entire lunch break to wait on food I didn't even get they weren't even in the process of making it or anything and they knew about it nobody even said sorry worst costumer service read more

Always been the best taco truck. I'll go to Turlock just to eat Silva's. They took debit cards way back when no truck was doin that. Best burritos from a truck or restaurant. read more

We have loved this place for years. But they have raised their prices which is understandable, but little containers of salsa are now $1 EACH. It is basically water and pepper. In addition, the last time I paid for one it was 1/2 full. Raising prices on food is understandable, but typically salsa is free elsewhere and if you are going to have super high prices on salsa, then fill the container. Delicious, if you do not mind paying restaurant prices as a taco truck! read more

Best taco truck in California. Had a handful of trucks throughout California and none of them top Silvas Taco Truck!

Might be the worst truck in town these days. Don't bother asking for anything in your order, it will never be correct. I'm surprised they are still around. They have been coasting on their history and name a little to long now. Go somewhere else to get taco truck. read more

Terrible service. Messed up our order 3 times. And they don't speak English. And they called me a griñgo whatever that is. I heard the cooks have COVID read more

Very low rating for horrible customer service (rude lady w an attitude) and skimpy ass burritos, tacos, and lemons/jalapeños even after prices have gone up everywhere: It was always our go to place until the last 2-3 visits .. didn't want to let one bad experience ruined a place we liked so much but man .. I will definitely be going to their neighbor taco truck , David's or titos when I'm feeling taco trucks. read more

Disgusting, could not eat, looked like bugs in the questionable chicken? My friends food did not go over well either
