Keto bowl is amazing here
Sally W.

Amazing food. Asked them to make me a keto bowl and they nailed it I love their torta and tacos too. Just doing the keto diet now...

This taco truck is in a parking spot with three other taco trucks. I tried it and it was good. I got the asada tacos and the carnitas tacos. They were good classic and simple tacos. I also tried the ceviche wish was a little bit salty, but maybe that's just me. It's also cool they they have outside seating. The cashier was really nice and they accept credit cards!

The Taco Truck

Taco trucks here in California are like what hot dog carts are in New York. You find them in almost any corner. The tendency then is to think that they're all the same. Silva's however, is a notch above the rest, I think. You can tell by the lines it has. And it is only one of four trucks parked in a lot that apparently was made just for this business. The other three have all but flies waiting on the tables. Silva's tacos are full of flavor. All the varieties are wonderful but our personal favorite is the Carnitas. And their burritos? Oooh! It's the kind I've never had. They're heavy on the meat and not on beans or rice. No more Mexican fast food chains for me! Silva's is the real deal!

Very good, salsa on point, nice kick to it!!!

I order carnitas burrito, pretty impressed. The taste & flavors was very good. What made the burrito even more better, adding green salsa! The guy who took my order is very polite, good service overall, will be back soon!

Why does this Tri-Tip have to be so ridiculously tender and juicy?!…read more Seriously... why even bother giving me a steak knife? This Tri-Tip was so tender I could've sliced it with an old butter knife from Grandma's kitchen drawer and never missed a beat. And the flavor? Absolutely unreal. I swear that cow was out in the pasture happily munching on fresh grass about two seconds before it made its way to my plate. Every bite tasted so fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor that it almost seemed unfair to every other Tri-Tip I've ever eaten. This wasn't just dinner--it was a full-blown meat experience. Tender, juicy, flavorful, and cooked so perfectly that it should probably come with a warning label: "Caution: May permanently ruin all future Tri-Tip for comparison purposes." 10/10. I'd gladly skip a salad, ignore my diet, and make questionable life decisions all over again for another plate of this masterpiece.

Big Vic's has definitely improved since my last visit. The meat and barbecue are excellent, and I…read morereally enjoy that part of the meal. That said, I still feel the sides are subpar. I usually end up getting the cornbread because the other options don't really appeal to me. On today's visit, I also noticed the price for the sliders didn't match what was listed on the board. When I politely mentioned it to the cashier, she didn't respond or acknowledge it, which made the interaction feel awkward and dismissive. I wasn't trying to make an issue out of it; I was simply pointing out that the posted price should match what customers are charged. If the sliders are $8.78, put $8.78 on the board. If they're $8.24, put $8.24 on the board. It may seem minor, but inaccurate pricing can come across as careless or even dishonest, especially if it happens repeatedly. I also think the front register needs stronger customer service. The person at the register is representing the business, and when a customer brings up a legitimate concern, it should be acknowledged professionally. Having someone more mature or better trained handling checkout would make a big difference. Overall, the barbecue is moving in the right direction, but the sides, posted pricing, and customer service still need attention.
