I typically order a veggie burrito but decided to get the California Burrito (vegetarian) and dang was it tasty and huge. I really enjoyed the burrito it had beans, rice, avocado, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and fries inside - they ask if you want red or green sauce so I went green this time. I think it took about 10+ minutes to get my order but I would much rather wait longer for a fresh burrito. Everything tasted great! I can't wait to go back.

When I arrived, there was a group of people waiting around for their food. After ordering my food, I waited an HOUR. That is an hour standing on concrete in the sun, with no idea when I would finally get to eat. Everyone was getting frustrated waiting, but they continued to take new orders and didn't offer any explanation to anyone about what was taking so long. My entire family ordered food from other food trucks and finished eating before I ever got my food. When I FINALLY got my food, I was even more frustrated with what I was served. The tri-tip sandwich consisted of 4 slices of cold, dry, hardly seasoned tri-tip on 2 plain buns. And some potato salad that tasted like store-bought Reeser's. Not worth the money and definitely the hour long wait in the sun.

Maybe 2 meat or three meat plates would be nice , Chicken, hot links , tri tip , ect with a side and bag of chips or soda ect . Looking forward to seeing this BBQ truck grow overtime.

We ordered 2 Al Pastor tacos, 2 Lengua, 2 Birria and the floutas (rolled tacos). I have tried so many Birria tacos looking for the juicy and flavourful meat I've come to love since marring my Guatemalan hubby. I have finally found it! Most overcook their meat till it's so dry it can't hold flavor or the wonderful juice. I must say.... I'm so happy to have found this wonderful chef! I can't say enough about the birria. You have to try it for yourself. Al Pastor tacos were just as great. Meat was not overcooked, had a unique flavor that makes you hungry for more. I'm going to use the word again... juicy! The lengua tacos..... my absolute favorite meat in a taco, so I'm quite picky. It was so, so good! It has great flavor standing alone. Paired with the tortilla, sauce, onion and cilantro, it was.... juicy! The floutas were fresh and crunchy, with a side of sauce for dipping. If you're not a taco fan..... these are for you. The Bad: Bad news, they've spoiled me for other trucks in Atwater! Also, since they're in Merced, my current favorite truck has serious competition. The Ugly: For the first time, I have no ugly. Yes, it's odd I know. I haven't come across a truck that is consistent all the way across. Keep it up! You're doing great. We WILL be back soon.
