The tacos are filled with cheap, super basic ingredients like full fat ground beef, iceberg lettuce, beef tomatoes, and "Mexican cheese blend." It's basically "white people taco night" on frybread. To me, having grown up in extreme poverty, these tacos taste like surviving poverty. They taste like a kind of soul food that you can only understand if you've lived it. (So if I see any too-privileged people knocking stars off because these tacos are exactly what they're supposed to be, I'll be shook.) When I saw the menu, I couldn't believe how cheap it all was. I'm pretty sure they need to raise their prices. I ordered a taco and a burrito (and got completely stuffed) for less than ten bucks. The ladies who work here all seemed super sweet. It didn't take long to get my order, and, in case this isn't clear by now, it was so good. I loved it. I plan to come back with friends.
