Im not getting paid to communicate effectively, the employee is. Either way bakeries don't open and say "hey wait while we stock the shelves." What a weird way of running the business. If it takes 30 mins to stock open later then. Your business isn't one that's prepared and you don't want to take any accountability for that. If you closed early cause you sell out then announce it. It's easy to come up w excuses and stories after the fact. Regardless even IF you did sell out, then put it on social media and a sign on the business so ppl know. Why would customers want to drive this far w how expensive gas is to find out your business is closed? Most people work 9-5 PM. It's so shocking a business owner would just say "come earlier" to someone that wants to support their business. People work and can't make those times??
