The prices are great, the food is consistently solid, and the customer service is outstanding. I had a mix-up with an online order on a day they weren't open and was still charged. When I called, they got back to me within five minutes, explained exactly what happened, and made it right without any hassle. I also think the front register needs stronger customer service. The person at the register is representing the business, and when a customer brings up a legitimate concern, it should be acknowledged professionally. Having someone more mature or better trained handling checkout would make a big difference. Overall, the barbecue is moving in the right direction, but the sides, posted pricing, and customer service still need attention.
