Maybe because I didn't specify the $11 munchie meal, but when given my total of $33 for two meals, I asked why so much and said I felt as if I had been charged for an extra meal. I entered the store and was told I couldn't use the bathroom because I was a Door dasher that had already been told no. I am not now nor have I ever been a dasher. When she finally let my 72 disabled mother and myself also disabled I came out and told the woman in charge that I hoped she liked being contacted by her district manager she told me she couldn't deal with this and turned her back on us. I don't think I had ever been in this store I always use the drive thru at night. The woman in charge said they only let certain dashers use the bathroom we told her that was discrimination and she didn't care. Stopped in today to see what the pannito sandwich was all about. I chose the deli style. It has ham and salami folded over cheese and sliced pickle, with a tasty mayonnaise sauce on a warm and toasted long roll. It was a lot better than I expected. The crisp and warm toasted roll was great on this deli meat sandwich. They have a pretty good tasting salsa that comes with it if you want. Not very hot, but it's like a smoky tomato onion sauce with a little heat. I liked it more than I thought I would. The people in the drive through are usually very cheery and nice. This sandwich makes me " feel " like it's healthier than a burger. I will probably get it again. This was by far more delicious than other Jack in the Box I have tried after ! What the heck ? Jack in the Box on lander is interesting. This location is very inconsistent for me. I usually only get Jack in the Box past midnight for when I have a craving. Sometimes the line and wait is so long you wonder if you are ever going to get to the front. The service is okay. Sometimes nice, sometimes rude. The food is also okay. Sometimes great, sometimes bad. This is a pure middle of the road 3 star score. I would describe this location as inconsistent. Wow, it doesnt surprise me on the review about Jack in box on lander in turlock and coronavirus, i use to work there and Salin doesn't care about customers health. The soda machine in drive threw has cockroaches and he said they can't get in the drinks. Sadly if its the same people I knew when I worked there then they can't be trusted, both both liars but for some reason the other review sounds like something that Salin would say. This store is disgusting all the way around the managers there don't even wash their hands when changing gloves and constantly touching everything. The staff is under trained and the management their is ran by a bunch of idiots who don't even have the basic common knowledge of a serv safe certificate. The health department recently went out and almost shut them down because when they went they found so many violations it was super embarrassing. None of their assistant managers have the proper manager certifications. On top of it all there are cockroaches all over back and inside of the drive thru soda machine and the company is so cheap they refuse to purchase another one and they do not clean the soda nozzles as they should not sanitize the milk shake blending machine leaving other flavors of previous milkshakes on there. This is the worst Jack in the box. Everyone is rude. The speaker in the drive through barely works. They always get something wrong. And my brother witnessed one of the workers drop a hamburger patty on the floor, pick it up and put it back on the grill!!! Disgusting. All-in-All, this is a pretty-good restaurant. The Drive-Thru (except at Noon) moves along quickly (at least 2 minutes faster than other Fast Food places). The speaker system works well (so I don't have to repeat an item very often). The order-takers are mostly upbeat, and (usually) actually Smile at me like they mean it. They usually get the order done correctly (including ample napkins). Most of the time, the food is all the same temperature (the warm food, that is). Inside dining is OK. The chairs are comfortable. The restrooms are usually clean. Sometimes it takes longer to get food inside (because they are giving fast service to the Drive-Thru lane), but still the speed is adequate (and you can fill-up your Drink, which helps to make the wait seem acceptable).. And, for those people returning from an event at 11:30 ... the dining area is open until Midnight (a recent Bonus). read more

I wanted to try the one across town since i didn't have a good experience with the one on geer rd. i loved the chicken club salad with grilled chicken I Order my salad on drive thru and for starters the person taking my order was all in a rush that didn't hear exactly what i was trying to order as i pull up to the window to pay the short girl on the window which was the one taking drive dru orders was ridiculously rude asf she wasn't hearing me out and rush me off. Like wtf really so i drive up a little to check my salad to make sure my chicken was grilled My salad had grilled chicken alright and over cooked that was hard and the chicken size was half of what they normally put. This could be something fun as I have been to every Jack in the Box in a two county area. The thing I like the most is the service. It is always fast, polite and to the point, which I like. As for the food, there are two things I really like. 1. the sourdough steak cheese melt and 2. the sourdough burger. Food preparers wear no hair nets, fries person handles money and doesn't wear gloves touching the fries and onion rings with there bare hands as they bag or serve food, they don't wash theirs hands as they prep your order.
