The worst experience of my life. I placed the order way before going in to pick up through the app. I went in and the lady in the picture ignored me. She was too busy talking and laughing with her coworker. Took a while for them to acknowledge me, and when she finally did she told me it would be another 15 min. Waited the 15 min. Keep in mind im on my lunch break which is why i placed the order beforehand for it to be ready. 45 MINUTES PASSED and still nothing. The shitty "manager" on shift told me that they still had not even started making it. 45 MINUTES after me placing it are you kidding me. I just swung by the Taco Bell drive through on Geer to get a drink and was helped by a young man whose name was Cooper. I was absolutely blown away at how amazing his customer service skills are. I have a sales and customer service background and I can honestly say that Cooper is the best customer service rep I've ever interacted with. His friendliness, energy level, and positivity are radiant. I'm calling on Taco Bell to do two things: 1. Give Cooper a raise because he does an amazing job and should be rewarded for it and 2. I received a call from the Door Dash driver saying they only had one order, meanwhile it showed they were both being delivered. The driver was very nice and kept apologizing for the terrible way taco bell handled the order. He advised that I call Door Dash and ask for a refund. He also said that particular location manager is terrible and doesn't like to take care of anything and treats the Door Dash drivers like they are not important and can wait and help other people first.
