The worst experience of my life. I placed the order way before going in to pick up through the app. I went in and the lady in the picture ignored me. She was too busy talking and laughing with her coworker. Took a while for them to acknowledge me, and when she finally did she told me it would be another 15 min. Waited the 15 min. I have a sales and customer service background and I can honestly say that Cooper is the best customer service rep I've ever interacted with. I received a call from the Door Dash driver saying they only had one order, meanwhile it showed they were both being delivered. The driver was very nice and kept apologizing for the terrible way taco bell handled the order. He advised that I call Door Dash and ask for a refund. He also said that particular location manager is terrible and doesn't like to take care of anything and treats the Door Dash drivers like they are not important and can wait and help other people first.
