Seems like there is great management here, well-staffed, very clean! Would come back to this Taco Bell

Tonight I ordered 13 items online. When I got to Taco Bell everything was ready and served by smiling young man. When I got home all of my items were exactly as I ordered. Great job crew! read more

Do not listen to bad reviews. If the food is really that awful do not go there. Every time i order food here the restaurant is always clean and our order is always correct. Workers there are also super nice. No complaints. Gave four stars only because food isn't always the hottest but i can simply heat it in the microwave. read more

Good, friendly, and efficient customer service. All the food was made correctly (could use more chicken in the chicken quesadilla) and they gave more than enough sauce. read more

It's fast food and they got the order right, not a whole lot more to say. Hard to give national chains anything more than 3 stars

The food was good like always!! Service was great. I didn't catch the young man's name but he was doing drive up and took order inside to eat in the dining room area. He was very happy and pleasant. Thank you. The place was spotless and I enjoyed my time at this Taco Bell with my little cousin!!! read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, half of my food was burnt like bro how do you mess up this bad

The drive through was busy, but the staff was extremely competent & it we were on our way home in only a few minutes. We ordered several items & each was tasty. Some days we have an expensive dinner, but for speed & an inexpensive tasty meal, this is the place to go. read more

Bad customer service WORST experience taco was made horrible and when I asked them to remake it the worker JESSICA decided to throw the bag.

I will never pick up a door dash order from here again. You guys are short staffed and slammed ... yet I can't wait for my order in the drive thru... no it's freezing inside your store and I have two young kids with me the point of door dash is to pick up and go, not wait inside your freezing dirty loud store for my food just cause yall are short staffed . No if I have to wait I can do it in the drive thru ! Y'all just wanna get those orders out faster which is BS I only have 4 items ! But no no let's make sure the drive thru orders with 6+ go out first . Customers aren't here for yall time management and convenience. We are here to get our food and go . read more

They sometimes mess make mistakes but t staff is nice so evens out. They are normally fine with fixing it

Drive thru took forever on a Sunday night, Cashier named Macie didn't understand my order after repeating thrice. Line to pay was even longer and then they charged me for a medium soda, and gave me a small. Had to go back inside to correct a simple mistake. Even worse i had to spit out a hair from my gordita crunch. Disgusted. read more

Disgustingly rude staff , there's way better ways to communicate other than make unnecessary comments to customers.

Still sitting here in line.... It's been 9 minutes and when I arrived there were only 2 vehicles in front of me. There are still 2 vehicles in front of me. It's 9:30 pm on a random Wednesday night. Not sure why it's taking so damn long read more

For some reason the last few times I've sent my son to pick up our online order there's something wrong with it. Last time they screwed up my order, Lilah Woke me up & said Grandma I'm hungry. Okay Taco Bell we Did our order online. We came went through the drive through. First gave us the wrong drink for Lilah. Manager gave me coupons for 2 free tacos. When got home Lilah & I went to our bed got our food & her food wasn't even close to what she wanted. so I called the Geer Rd Taco Bell spoke to the manager. So, now I wake up hungry & we do an online order & going to use the 2 free tacos coupon. Took the coupons not the 2 free tacos & the extra cheese for my nachos. the young man tells me we could come back & they'll make them & give us the extra cheese. Are you kidding me? Your on Geer Rd I live on West Olive Ave by the TPD. And you want us to drive across down again?? Pull your heads out of where the sun doesn't shine. TACO BELL ON GEER RD GET TOGETHER read more

The worst experience of my life. I placed the order way before going in to pick up through the app. I went in and the lady in the picture ignored me. She was too busy talking and laughing with her coworker. Took a while for them to acknowledge me, and when she finally did she told me it would be another 15 min. Waited the 15 min. Keep in mind im on my lunch break which is why i placed the order beforehand for it to be ready. 45 MINUTES PASSED and still nothing. The shitty "manager" on shift told me that they still had not even started making it. 45 MINUTES after me placing it are you kidding me. I told her i wanted a refund and to cancel and she told me she would not be giving me a refund. I asked for corporate number and she said she would not give out personal information like that. She finally came around and handed me a random number and she "call during regular hours k" . Who hires people like this. The ambiance is shitty. Seriously never coming to this location again. read more

JOANNE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND CATTY. Sad to say the RUDE woman encountered tonight over the drive thru was the STORE MANAGER. I'm shocked!!!!! I went thru the drive thru to get food, and I was asking what time they closed because it was 12:58 and I wanted to know if I could have a moment to look over the menu or if I needed to order quickly had they closed at 1am. I was not aware they were 24/7. I was being considerate . SHE DOESNT EVEN ANSWER ME AND ASKES HER COWORKER "WHY WOULD HE ASKED THAT"? In the most rude, unhappy minimum wage earning no high school degree way that a fast food worker with the angry attitude about their life would. I did NOTHING to her. Yes I am angry now because she was a mean girl to me for no reason. She got her coworkers all involved. She realizes she didn't click over the headset and mute herself so she was embarrassed about me hearing her and she hid the entire time at the window. She put another guy on the window to greet me because she was being mean to me and didn't want to face me. Apparently you cannot ask about store hours anymore without being an idiot to them. She made me feel belittled. She didn't even respond to me over the drive thru headset she just said I was asking a stupid question in other words and stayed quiet. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and mean spirited. If she was truly concerned about the safety of her store and didn't want to provide the hours 1. She would have met me at the window face to face to ensure safety directly rather than sending someone else to the window, or maybe don't work somewhere that's 24 hours if you are constantly going to blame your safety on customers that simply want to know the BUSINESS hours. FIRE JOAN. She does not deserve the be in a customer service role!!!!! She was extremely combative when I called her about it and did not apologize or own up to it. She victim blamed me and told me I was in the wrong for asking about then business hours because she has a fear of getting robbed. Can you believe this gaslighting??? Disgusting human being. read more

I go here often without issue. Today I chose the drive thru, placed my order. There were 2 cars in front of me. I sat there for over 30min waiting. Once I got to the window, I was frustrated and normally wouldn't say anything because things happen. But when the employee said nothing, it got to me. Had he even said sorry for the wait I would've been fine. So I asked him "what's the hold up?" he gave me the biggest excuse in the book. "we have a rush right now." I said, "ok, why was the car in front of me sitting here for over 30 minutes?" Still no apology. When I drove out there were cars lined all the way back to in shape, because of the wait. I drove off only to find out he didn't give me my drink so I drove back parked and went in. There were maybe 5 people seated and maybe 4 people in line. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY! I ordered specifically three veggie Mexican pizza. I asked what come in veggie as well before ordering. When I got home it had beef on all of that. Cashier didn't give me the receipt. I went back to since my whole order had meat. They kept making other orders while I waited 10 min. I finally asked if they were going to make my veggie pizza and one of the young girl said she will Make it as soon she is done with her ordered. I just swung by the Taco Bell drive through on Geer to get a drink and was helped by a young man whose name was Cooper. I was absolutely blown away at how amazing his customer service skills are. I have a sales and customer service background and I can honestly say that Cooper is the best customer service rep I've ever interacted with. His friendliness, energy level, and positivity are radiant. I'm calling on Taco Bell to do two things: 1. Give Cooper a raise because he does an amazing job and should be rewarded for it and 2. Place him in a role where he can train employees on how to implement his customer service style. You're awesome Cooper. Keep it up. read more

Ordered through the app, didn't order right the first time so I instantly made a second order. Showed they were both processed. I received a call from the Door Dash driver saying they only had one order, meanwhile it showed they were both being delivered. The driver was very nice and kept apologizing for the terrible way taco bell handled the order. He advised that I call Door Dash and ask for a refund. He also said that particular location manager is terrible and doesn't like to take care of anything and treats the Door Dash drivers like they are not important and can wait and help other people first. Absolutely unacceptable and maybe corporate should look into who they have running their stores! DO BETTER TACO BELL! read more

I've been going to this tb for years and I've never ever had an issue. Especially with the staff because out of any fast food place here in Turlock they are by far the kindest and most personable! Now a days if We get Taco Bell I refuse to go to any others in town. I've never had a issue with food. Line gets long but it is the best ‍. The staff is what keeps me coming back.
