This Taco Bell ALWAYS forgets to put items in the bag and we end up not being able to get a full refund so it's a waste of money. Tonight we didn't get items in our bag. Made this account just to review this place today. Ordered two chicken taco salads they literally had 2 little pieces of chicken a bunch of old lettuce and maybe a spoonful of beans smeared on the bottom after seeing that I was frustrated but then as i dig in a bug crawled out from under the tortilla bowl and started crawling up the box. So I say I'm going to call them to talk to a manager and get the owners phone number...wrong the phone rang for about 10 mins someone picked up and literally just hung up the phone call back sounds like they took the phone off the hook. I work at a daycare center & I was asked to go buy soft tacos for the kids because we're having a party today. Anyways, in the drive thru the cashier said "WOW 24 TACOS?! I've never seen anyone purchase so many." I kindly told him that it's for a daycare center. He closed the window and proceeded to talk with a coworker about how I'm "SO FAT." I love this Taco Bell BUT pushing that aside it is open 24/7 so I like to go at night and get chicken quesadillas, the dollar ones. Now I know I shouldn't expect a lot out of them but I only get 2 little pieces when I come at night. Idc if you're upset because you have to work the night shift, but do your job and put in the actual size proportions. I use to work in food and I get how frustrating it is when customers come in so late and you want to get them back by putting less proportions BUT I DIDN'T because it was job to give the customers what they wanted. Stop half-assing everything and even warming it up. It's annoying when the tortilla is warm but my cheese is not melted AT ALL. Extra good today for me. Weather is nice. Traffic outside is low to moderate. The temperature inside is just slightly cooler than outside in a positive way. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive at the register. It is around 10:30 a.m. so I ordered from the early menu. I had a breakfast burrito, cinnabon delights, and a drink. First off, I want to say that the food here is definitely some of the better- Taco Bell that I have had in the Central Valley. Unfortunately, there are several key points that were missed by a long shot. First, there is no sign or note stating that the fryers would be turned off during a certain time of the night. I have worked previously at a Taco Bell, and never have I heard of a company who fries food, and is open 24 hours, to turn off such a vital piece of equipment for food. That means chalupas, cinnamon twists, potato bites and other foods cannot be made available though the establishment is supposed to be serving lunch/dinner throughout the business hours of the company. Second, taking the time and initiative to label special items is vital. We ordered two chicken burritos and one beef and not one was labeled. This may seem insignificant, however, If there are people who cannot eat beef, or something else, it is crucial to label these. Both of these reasons may seem lacking, however, proper customer service includes active listening and taking the initiative to do what is required of you by your work. Busy or not, every customer should be treated with the same customer service that is boasted about throughout the company. That is where this Taco Bell fell short. This establishment was not busy at the time we went, so attentiveness would have been key. However, time is more of a concern, so it thought better to be rushed and miss steps than to actually review the order and ensure quality. For the future, I would recommend ensuring that all employees take the time to actually tend to the customer instead of worrying about timing and rushing. read more

This is a great location for when you get that Taco Bell craving. Everyone working here is incredibly nice, and this Taco Bell is without a doubt the fastest food restaurant in Turlock. Even during busy hours like dinner, I'll be in and out within 5-10 minutes .. and that's if the place is PACKED. If it's empty, they get my order completed and out to me within minutes. They have very hardworking employees! The restaurant itself is really nice and roomy, and have regular tables and high chairs - it's a very nice establishment. They also have a drive thru, which can become packed during rush hours, but the line actually moves very fast. I've never had bad quality of food at this location, but if I ever did I know they would replace it for me free of charge, no questions asked! read more

There isn't anything really special about this Taco Bell other than the fact that it was Turlock's hot spot for the Jr. High crowd back when I was a kid. We would hang out in the parking lot between Taco Bell and Turlock Cinemas, which used to be right behind the Taco Bell. So many nights wasted away eating bean burritos and watching the older kids cruising by in their parent's cars. Going into a fast food restaurant I understand that it's not a 5 star eating establishment like one you'd fine with valet and a coat check in, but my taste buds would not know the difference from this Taco Bell or "Hell's Kitchen". My order was collected so politely and easily, even with having specific guidelines to multiple items. It was not a long wait at all. Wow, have never in my life been to a fast food establishment such as this. I went to this store on 4/6/2017. I ordered my usual number 5 with a diet pepsi. The thing that made this store different was how spotless it was. The girl at the counter, Autumn, may have benn the friendliest amd most knowledgeable fast food employee ever. I asked about a new product they had coming out soon and it may as well of been a lesson in the history of tacos. My food was prepared quickly, and I usually eat some on the way home, but it was impossible because the food was steaming hot. I still cant get over it.
