Great service, the employees are always kind and efficient. But every time I order something with rice, which is a lot because I love the chicken burrito, about 1 in 5 grains of rice is hard as a rock. It hurts to chew them and it's incredibly annoying to have to pick them out. I hope they fix it soon. read more

I love Taco Bell but I notice that my meal cost me 20 bucks and it should have only been 8 dollars at the most. I didn't have cash so I let them run my debit card. There was a long line in the drive thru after hours and my partner and I were on duty working on the ambulance. With the risk of needing to exit the drive thru line in case an emergency arises, we are unable to wait in any drive thru line. An employee, Thor, took our order from the parking lot and brought it out to us right before we had to respond to a 911 call. Had it not been for Thor, we might not have eaten this shift. Everytime I get something from taco Bell they either mess up the order or don't get everything in the bag.

So an employee behind the counter obviously on break or headed home is behind the counter with headphones on. Her coworkers are calling out her name, but she can't hear them because she has music on loud. She's there putting in her own order, pulls out her card and pays. She finally hears those yelling her name and laughs it off as she pulls her headphones off. Not once acknowledging me as a customer. How unprofessional can you be? Prices are really good and the service is really fast. They are not stingy on hot sauce. Don't like the parking lot. If you're in the drive thru lane, which is long a lot of the time, it blocks some of the parking spaces in the lot. It is a little frustrating for the people who park there and want to get out. I had ordered a steak chalupa with no tomatoes due to my brother being allergic to tomatoes, it was through their drive-thru around midnight. When I got home my brother was upset and thought I didn't order correct but I had shown him the receipt that specifically said "No tomatoe". I called and spoke with the manager for the night Debbie, she was very very kind and understanding in the situation. She immediately offered another steak chalupa with no tomatoes this time and a drink or dessert that was on the house! We drove right back and picked up our order. I always visit a place at least 5 times before I decide to give a review. I've gone during lunch rush, morning quick pick me up, late night munchies, and today, just needed a Baja Blast and a burrito. Every time I go to this taco bell, they always find a way to mess things up. I can allow for times when there's a line inside and in the drive thru, but when I am literally the only person rolling through at the moment there's no excuse for being rude for wanting to order food. Half my order was wrong when they punched it on the screen and after it was fixed, I go to pay and they are items missing from my bill, and to put them back on, you think I just asked them to make me one of everything on the menu. My food was okay, a little disappointing at the temperature but hey, it's a fast food establishment, not a five star restaurant. I've eaten at this location quite a few times and have not had a complaint. However, I went in this morning for a lil breakfast for me and my family. Took my order to go and when I got home and opened my food it looked horrible!!! My wife was furious so she took it back. She dealt with a VERY RUDE manager named Anita. This manager tried to strong arm my wife and realized real quick that she made a mistake. Long story short... This mishap could have been dealt with real easy with a remake but due to this so called professional we will never eat there again. What is saddest of all is that this manager is the example setter for the rest of these other employees there who do their jobs with pride!!! read more

This Taco Bell sucks well should I say the late night manager Gabriella sucks yea that's right the one with the green tree tattooed on her arm . She was so rude she made me and my wife and kids circle around the drive thru a couple of times to protect her "timer" and was also told I couldn't order enough food for my family bcus she had only one cook and I was willing to wait and she told me no so In the end I left with 2 boxes my kids had to share and also my food was cold and wrong when I came back about 4 mins later as I live down the street , for a refund or to get it fixed she then told me she couldn't fix it and I couldn't get a refund I asked her how so if my food was cold and when I say cold I mean like it was refrigerated she then goes on to inform me that my food was cold because the cars in front of me and behind me had PRIORITY over me . Holy hell how long should it take to get your order when all the food is already cooked ??? 2 people in line inside, I was the 4th car in drive thru. 35 minutes if my car wasn't newer I would have went over the damn curb to get the hell out of there. I eat here almost all the time because I like Taco bell and I'm a vegetarian. The service, most employees are CSU students. They are always too busy talking about who hooked up with who and where is/was the party and who got wasted. Sometimes I have to wait to place the order because they are too bust talking. The floors and tables are always filthy and sauces and paper towels are either out or low. They just talk and talk so much about stuff not relating to work. I don't know what the manager or the supervisors are doing. And if another student shows up to order, people have to wait to order till they finish talking about who got wasted last night. read more

The cashier broke my debit card while aggressively sliding my card back and forth then their manage refused to speak to me and refused to even apologize. They continued to tell me "it's okay you can just tape it" and asking "well what can we do about it" and when I asked can I at least get a free drink they refused. read more
