I can't praise them enough!…read more The last time I did a 2 hours deep clean service during my pregnancy cause I couldn't bend down anymore, but my husband doesn't really clean the house well. They ladies came and immediately started to work on the bathrooms and kitchen. They were so quick but so efficient. Within 2 hours my bathrooms and my kitchen were dust free and sparkling clean. My bathtub has never been that bright clean even when I clean it myself. That makes me realized professional cleaning is different than your own DIY cleaning. So already then I knew I will hire them again. Fast forward my baby is a toddler who started to walk....the mess is even more chaotic. My family is coming to visit and I just don't have the energy to deep clean anymore... So I called and scheduled another 3 hours deep cleaning. During the call staff explained to me the rate for regular cleaning and hourly rate one time cleaning, offering a more affordable rate for me to consider. However my toddler still needs his afternoon nap and having them here to clean more than 4 hours won't work with toddler's schedule. So I did another deep cleaning hourly rate instead. It is a bit pricy.....until I saw the result. Every penny is worth that cost! This time the ladies cleaned 2 bathrooms, kitchen, vacuum the couch and cleaned entire level's floor. Wow. They once again went above and beyond. I didn't clarify what part of the kitchen needed to clean; she did it ALL. Even my vent hood is sparkling clean! (It was covered in oil gunk and dust!) I have a coffee machine stand in the dining room and she even helped organized and clean that area without my ask. It's definitely extra work for her - I guess even they are so fast and completed the task, they still make sure to stay the whole 3 hours to clean whatever else they can! I really appreciate it, especially as a mom now! Bathrooms are again clean and refreshing with their signature decoration toilet paper and towel - and they even organized the little shelf in the bathroom that were a mess. Everything is so clean and neat! My toddler was walking around checking on them when they clean, but they were friendly and still managed to clean everything within the 3 hours limit. I am so grateful I found Emerald cleaning and get to have them come out so soon for a deep clean. Even my husband is so impressed that he agrees if we don't do regular cleaning service later, we should always have them come to deep clean once a year - It is so worth it. They are definitely professional and experienced cleaning service!
